PDX Garage Door

I accidentally backed into the bottom of my garage door earlier this week and completely wrecked it, and then found PDX Garage Door through a Google search. Their team member, Sean, came to our house to assess the damage in less than an hour, and he gave me several reasonably priced options to choose from. Less than 24 hours later, his teammate, Francisco, and another team member arrived to install a brand new garage door like nothing had ever happened. I was very impressed by their timely and exceptional service all around. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Portland area that needs their services.

Sean was responsive and punctual, as well as helpful in answering all of my garage door questions. He did a fantastic job in repairing and maintaining the existing garage door, and gave me plenty of information for when I would need to deal with either future repair or replacement. Many thanks!

My 20-year old garage door opener finally snapped, and I was able to get an appointment exactly when I needed it. They even accommodated an early morning schedule request. Courtney was really nice and helpful. Sean was on time and brought several options to choose from. He was really nice, neat and knowledgeable. Called PDX Garage Door at 8 AM and made a next day appointment. Courtney called back, said Sean was on a job in the area and could come over when finished. He arrived about 30 minutes later, replaced two springs and tuned up the opener. Great service! Sean and Courtney were very pleasant and helpful. I’ll call them for all future work!

Sean was great to work with. Was 25% less than the big name stores and got me installed in 2 days. Called on a Friday and the door was installed on Monday. Will definitely use again.
