PBX Towing

My car broke down during rush hour and I was honestly pretty worried. I called pbx towing and they helped me right away. I was not expecting the rate they quoted me which was quite affordable because i had tried other companies and they were asking way more just for few kms. The tow truck arrived in about 25 minutes which was even better. Driver was very professional and hook-up because I was worried about my front bumper, but he handled it like a pro. for the speed and service, it was 100% worth it giving them a call. I’ll definitely be keeping their number in my phone for the future.

Neither quick nor reliable. This company accepts roadside jobs and then provides ETAs they clearly cannot meet. Communication is poor. After waiting over three hours beyond the quoted time, I had to call repeatedly just to get an update. And before the predictable response about “calling us directly instead of posting online” I did, no one wanted to talk to me when I was an active customer waiting for hours on the cold. The issue wasn’t contact. It was missed commitments and a complete lack of follow-through and then avoiding accountability. If you’re using a third-party roadside service (such as Dominion Auto Assistance eg- Canadian Tire or Costco) and this company is assigned, request another provider. Being stranded isn’t the time for unrealistic timelines and silence. Unacceptable.

Needed my car towed around 8pm at night. They were very responsive and efficient. The tow truck driver was knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend if you require these services.

Terrible experience and service in my opinion. A friend of mine borrowed my car and when she parked at dollarama today she came out and it wouldn’t start. Called the tow company. Some guy in a Honda civic showed up and instead of boosting the car he said it needed a new starter and charged her $60 and proceeded to tell her she should pay to have it towed. I just FaceTimed with her. The positive terminal was loose on the battery , if they had any experience or tried boosting it they would have seen this or fixed this in seconds. I got the car running from FaceTime 3 hours away while they tried to get her for a starter and more money.

Very fair price for a tow while the demand was high right after a snowstorm. Other tow companies were doubling the amount these guys quoted me on. Very thankful.

My battery died and my road side assistance would have taken 45 min. PBX just happen to drive by and stopped when I waved them down. They were very helpful and got me back on the road in no time, at a reasonable price.
