We incorporate proper grading, base preparation (with crushed stone or gravel), and use permeable or well-draining materials. Edge restraints and adequate sub-base compacting are used so that water flows off, not under, the hardscape. For driveways, we factor in load, thickness, and freeze-thaw protection so surfaces stay stable through harsh winters.
