This Job by PB Ottawa Stipple Removal was interesting. While the majority of the process was the same, it first started with wall paper and very bad plaster instead of stipple or popcorn. This paper was removed, the loose plaster tapped out and then everything was mudded and skimmed 3x like our stipple removal jobs. Wallpaper removal / Stipple removal // Baseboard remains to be painted.
