Really great service. I reached out to their team regarding an issue that was not directly caused by them, but rather by a third party. Despite this, they took full ownership of the situation, responded promptly, and provided outstanding support. Their willingness to assist and the efficiency with which they resolved the matter were truly commendable. Great customer support. Easy to integrate with the minimal document required. The support is absolutely fantastic. They help to resolve issues within minutes just sending an email. Highly recommended for online business payment gateway integrations.

The process is unclear. One said payout time is 2 days and it is mentioned on their site also. But once delayed, I called them again, and now they are telling 3 days. Seems they have no control of the payment transfers or they are passing it to 3rd party banks. Why we need online payments if it is processed manually by banks?

I’ve used other local payment gateways but was never as satisfied as I am with PayHere. They offer great tools, a smooth-loading platform, Hela Pay, and a variety of other payment methods. Plus, they have a free plan, which is fantastic for starters or lay-low users. Their support is also reliable, with both hotline and email assistance available.

We upgraded to PayHere Plus based on what was advertised: one merchant account that allows both LKR and USD payouts. But after upgrading, we were told by a PayHere representative that we now need to create a second merchant account just to receive USD — and worse, that we’d need to pay for a second subscription too. Why advertise multi-currency support under one account if you can’t provide it? This feels like false marketing. When I raised this concern, the support agent claimed I misunderstood — but the subscription page is clear, and I followed exactly what was shown. I asked a very simple question: If a Sri Lankan customer pays in LKR, will that payment be rejected just because my primary account is set to USD? — and the answer was yes. This setup is unnecessarily complex, misleading, and honestly quite frustrating for any business trying to grow. If you advertise LKR + USD payouts under one subscription, then that’s what should be delivered.
