Great animal hospital! They treated my dog’s infection, did a full check-up, and gave him the proper vaccinations. The staff is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I had Cali come for a dental cleaning and exam for a granuloma. I cannot give enough stars to sweet Dr Nav. He worked with me to ensure that Cali was not at the clinic longer then she had to be, the price was reasonable, he allowed me to be with her when she was sedated and personally called me to let me know that no extractions were needed. The lady that answered the phone is very sweet and patient. He is very kind and gentle with my baby, and I am grateful for Him. Thank you Dr Nav and staff for a job Well done! You haven’t seen the last of spicy Cali and I apologize in advance for Her spice!

Took my dog Jock to Pawsitive 24/8/25. He was lame. The staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Jock was very quickly diagnosed and treated. I will be transferring his care to Pawsitive. I strongly recommend Pawsitive Animal Hospital. Paul Ingham

I’ve lived in four provinces across Canada with both a dog and a cat, and I can confidently say that Pawsitive Hospital is the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Navjot Dhaliwal is truly one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional vets I’ve encountered. His dedication to animal care and his ability to connect with both pets and their owners is exceptional. When my beloved cat, Oreo, became ill, the team at Pawsitive Animal Hospital provided exceptional care throughout every stage. They always took the time to answer my questions and treat me with kindness. When it came time to say goodbye to Oreo, the support I received from the entire team, especially Sofia, was meaningful. She was incredibly caring and kind during that difficult time, and I will never forget her compassion. Thank you to everyone at Pawsitive Animal Hospital for your professionalism, empathy, and the heartfelt care you gave to Oreo and to me.

From the first contact via phone with incredible care and empathy the receptionist was incredible. To a difficult visit with Dr knowing the end was near for our beloved pet. This team was compassionate and straight forward, everything completed in one visit. They very kindly explain all options, and provide informed details on these options. If your looking for incredible care for your fur baby we highly recommend this team.

The staff here are amazing. They are open late which is very convenient. Dr. Singh is the best. He stopped me on three occasions from getting unnecessary tests and x-rays, and when my cat was not better, the good doctor reexamined him for free. On our third visit, with the cat still struggling, he took another look at the cat and referred him for a specialist, also free of charge. These things are unheard of at any other vet I've been to in my relatively long life. It's almost like finding an honest mechanic, you hold on to him for dear life! I'll be back, hopefully not soon, but you get my drift.

The amazing staff were all so kind and accommodating. We booked in last minute on a Sunday and the entire team treated our elderly girl, a larger breed dog, with such kindness and respect. They gave us lots of information and a quick turnaround time for a follow up appointment with an ultrasound tech. Thank you all for making the experience less stressful than it could have been.

We took our cat Torra in, first time visit, got us in right away and have been great. Friendly staff, nice environment and no complaints on pricing. It was terribly adorable when our cat needed blood work this morning. She was not having a good time (who does during blood work right?) and the ladies all started singing to her to keep her calm. It was so sweet to hear and know our dear Torra is in good hands here! Thank you!

I can’t thank this clinic enough. Two weeks ago, my cat Lily suddenly got sick on the day I was flying out in the afternoon. I was anxious and worried, and my regular vet couldn’t fit us in that day. This was my first time coming here, and I’m so grateful they agreed to see Lily right away. The front desk was extremely kind and empathetic, which helped calm me down. The vet was thorough, caring, and clearly explained the cause and all the treatment options. I felt Lily was in safe hands, and the whole team was genuinely professional and compassionate. Thanks to their care, Lily has now fully recovered. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for seeing Kirby last minute on Sunday when his health suddenly started to decline. The vets here treated us with compassion and were non-judgmental. The vet gave us some options and gave us reassurance that we were making the right decision with helping Kirby over rainbow bridge. We picked up his remains today and there was a really nice card from the vet (and a trimming of Kirby's fur+paw prints) which was very appreciated.
