Paws Stay and Play Dog Boarding & Daycare

We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).

I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. I am glad, I now have a place for Dottie to engage with others while we are away. Thank you all for the care provided! Great job! Dottie says, hello and until next time!

We boarded our senior at Paws twice and each time they took great care of our pup. Our dog has a fair amount of meds with special instructions that they were able to adhere to. Our dog also has needs due to his declining hearing and vision that they were able to accommodate. We had 24/7 access to the cameras to check on our dog which we appreciated. They were also great about communicating with us about how he was doing.

Owners are the cutest people you will ever meet. Dropped off my dog and they were so welcoming to my dog and myself. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be returning 🐶

We had them take care of our two frenchies, Tibby and Tabby. They had a some trouble with Tabby being snappy but they were able to get past that and took care of our dogs. I would say that they went above and beyond in taking care of our 2 precious babies. Special shout out to Roya for being patient with Tabby.

Our girl Bailey stayed for 2 days at Paws Stay and Play for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was evident Bailey was in good hands. One of the features that put my mind at ease was the ability to view Bailey on cameras throughout her stay. This transparency allowed me to see firsthand how well she was doing and provided a reassuring glimpse into her day. The daily pictures and updates I received were great and they truly warmed my heart. The dedication of staff and their genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction and service provided. They went above and beyond to ensure that Bailey felt at home and received the attention and care she deserves. Thank you Paws Stay and Play for taking such great care of Bailey! We will definitely be back!

Our dog Boomer loved his boarding stay at Paws Stay and Play. We were out of town for a couple days but I could see through the cameras provided that he was being well taken care of at all times. There is also constant supervision during play time. Roya and her staff are accommodating, courteous, and professional; you can tell they love your pets just as much as you do. I will be choosing Paws Stay and Play for my dog's boarding and daycare needs from now on!

Roya and her team are the best! This was mine and my family's first time here and we are VERY pleased. We left our 4 dogs while on vacation and had peace of mind knowing they were in great hands. We LOVE the cameras as well, so that we can see our pups at ANY time. Thank YOU Roya for everything. We'll be back again for sure! :)

Fantastic place with people who truly care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but had to be boarded while we were traveling for the holidays. They took excellent care of her, even hand-feeding her since she was so anxious she wouldn't eat. They kept me constantly informed on how she was doing, and all the cameras were very helpful so we could check on her any time. Highly recommend!

What an incredibly caring kennel facility. The employees took care with our dog, who had never been boarded before, & made her and us feel very secure. We were able to get updates via the video cameras and some courtesy updates from the employees taking care of her. We definitely feel good about being able to go on trips and know our dogs will be well taken care of.
