Paws N Pals - Daycare Grooming Boarding

My dog Shakespeare came out nice and clean! He gets really nervous when it’s time to get his nails trimmed but Loren did a fantastic job. She brushed him out really well and he smelled fantastic. Highly recommend! For boarding both my dogs have had good experiences using their non social boarding option. The prices are reasonable and they follow their medication instructions perfectly.

Staff is friendly and my baby loves it! They treat the dogs like their own <3 my girl Junie has been coming here since she was a puppy. 10/10 recommend (enjoy the pics)

Sabrina is amazing I have 2 dogs but one anxious dog. She was so patient and kind with him and now he gets so excited to see her. This gave me enormous peace of mind when I went on holiday I knew she would take good care of them. I cannot praise her enough for the care she continues to give them. She also is great at sending videos and pictures so you can see they are happy. thank you Sabrina.

We coordinated with Bret from Paws n Pals to have our 2 cats and 1 dog picked up in Washington after flying from Hawaii, taken care of overnight and then returned the next morning for their flight to Dallas. Veronica was the driver handling the transportation and possibly the care of our pets. We rented two Chevy Suburbans to transport our pets and family but when we went to pick them up we were notified at the desk our pets never arrived and the flight was cancelled. Not only did Paws n PALs fail to reach out to us about the flight, the airline told us they just left the pets there and refused to bring them back due to capacity. The airline stated when they left the airline had to call another company to come pick up our pets yet had no idea who and that company also did not think to contact us. We had to get another hotel and add an additional day to our rentals hoping our pets would arrive the next day. Luckily, when we showed up the next day our pets were there, dog in distress and had to be taken to the vet. To this day we have no idea what company did the job we thought we could trust Paws n Pals to do and Paws n Pals never contacted us back since. F-

Everyone has been really sweet and welcoming. My pup loves paws n pals, he seems to really enjoy going and comes home happy! The pricing is really reasonable. And the hours are flexible and they have weekends. Love the pictures they post. Natalia and Cheyenne are particularly good with him, they’re so sweet and loving toward my pup! They have just recently added new online booking and the ability to save cards on file which is something I was looking for! They clearly listen to their clients. We are so appreciative of the Paws n Pals team. You can tell that the team cares about what they do and it does not go unnoticed! Love love love!

I dropped my dog at 9:30 and came to pick at 12:40 I called on the way and asked to let me take him even tho its lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 and the guy over the phone said “i got you “ When I arrived they added 50$ after hour fee on top if the 27$ i was supposed to pay 77$ for 3 hours of babysitting. She told me if you dont want to pay that comeback at 1:30 when she is standing with the dog in front of me They also keep to many dogs here they said they normally have 40-60 dogs a day and when i picked my dog up he seemed overwhelmed. They didn’t seem to care when i said im disappointed I will not comeback.

I take my big baby Scoob here to bring us peace of mind when away for long hours at work. WOW! They are nothing short of amazing. I was definitely nervous looking into daysitting for our little guy since this is something we’ve never done before, but they are extremely sweet, welcoming and efficient with booking. I love seeing glimpses of the employees’ relationship with Scoob, my heart is full knowing how much they truly take care of him. Staff is extraordinary!!! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Paws N Pals. My mini golden doodle and Havanese love going there. They are absolute sticklers about vaccinations being up to date, and that all dogs are proven free of parasites. My pups get so excited when they know it’s daycare time. Everyone there is super nice too.

We used Paws N Pals to ship our dog Kona from Washington, DC to Honolulu, with a layover in Seattle. She stayed overnight at their Seattle location, and everything went smoothly. Veronica was amazing—she kept us updated and even sent a video. Totally worth it for the peace of mind!

Paws N Pals is an amazing doggy daycare! My pups have been staying with them for almost a year now and they have been so good to them and what I most appreciate they post photos on facebook everyday to keep us pup parents updated on how they're doing! Highly recommend!!!
