We were introduced to Robin from Paws and Whiskers through a common friend when we rescued a cat, and from the very first conversation, it was clear he is a genuine and deeply compassionate animal lover. He went above and beyond to help us in every possible way during what was a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Robin connected us with the amazing Dr. Sahadh, who guided us through my cat’s surgery. Even after the surgery, my cat faced a huge challenge—because of his cleft palate, he could not drink water from a bowl. Robin immediately stepped in with a practical solution. He suggested a special water bottle, even took the effort to source one for us himself. The difference was unbelievable—my cat was finally able to drink water on his own, and his health and energy improved significantly. It’s rare to meet someone who doesn’t just talk about loving animals but truly lives it through their actions. Robin’s dedication, patience, and genuine care made all the difference in my cat’s recovery. I honestly owe my cat’s improved health and quality of life to him, and I will always be grateful for the kindness and support he showed us. If you are looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own and go that extra mile, I cannot recommend Robin and Paws and Whiskers enough. People like him are a blessing to the animal community.

We have been visiting Paws and Whiskers for grooming our cats since last 5-6 years. They have great offers for grooming. The team at the reception helps with booking over the phone call or WhatsApp. The groomers are not only skilled but also care for the pets. Huge thanks to the whole team for making our cats (awwdorablecompanions on instagram) look and feel their best after every visit!

STAY AWAY! I brought my calm, healthy and social White German Shepherd all the way from Canada and trusted this facility to care for him during my boarding in Dubai. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very painful experience for both him and me. After just one month in their care, my dog lost a significant amount of weight (3 KG), developed severely red and irritated paws, had a visible scar on his leg with blood traces, and even black/metal-like discoloration across all his teeth. Worst of all, he completely lost his voice — something that has never happened to him before!!!!! Instead of taking responsibility or ensuring proper medical attention, the facility sent me to a vet who seemed more interested in making excuses for them rather than treating my dog’s condition. To make matters worse, when I raised these serious health concerns, the facility replied with ignorant and laughable justifications: claiming the scar was from “excessive playing” or sleeping on the floor and the complete loss of voice was simply due to “environmental changes.” These guys don’t know what they are talking about. My dog is naturally calm, well-behaved, and very social — there is no justification for the physical and emotional trauma he suffered under their supervision. Except the dog was thrown in a cage and ignored for days without any care or enough food! What was supposed to be a safe boarding experience turned into serious health issues that I am still working to resolve. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant Dubai authorities because such negligence, lack of accountability, and insulting excuses are completely unacceptable. Pet owners deserve far better. I wrote this just to warn pet owners to stay away from this facility!!

I brought my dog, Spyke, for grooming last Sunday and I am extremely happy with the service! The staff were very gentle, friendly, and professional. Spyke usually gets nervous during grooming, but they handled him with so much care that he was completely relaxed. His coat was cleaned perfectly, nails trimmed well, and he came out smelling fresh and looking amazing. The facility was clean and the service was done on time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and caring dog grooming. Definitely bringing Spyke back again! 🐶💙

The staff was very attentive and kept me updated regularly with videos and messages, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. Harold is a very good groomer She does a cut for our shitzu that Is Perfect We use him for more than 5years Prices of the place are great but we always return for him because he is very good with dogs and the haircuts he does are perfect.

We had a very nice experience during our pet's first visit. While we only requested a checkup, we were pleasantly surprised that they performed a full grooming and checkup. Our pet looks and feels great! We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this pet hotel – they go above and beyond! They took excellent care of my cat during her stay. The staff spent time playing with her, kept up with her grooming, and always made sure she was comfortable. I especially loved the daily updates – they let me know how she was feeling, whether she ate well, and even sent me fun videos of her playing around. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing she was so well cared for. Truly the best place for any pet!
