Paul's Well Service

Had Paul's out a few years ago when my switch went out on my pressure tank. They gave me a heads up that my well pump was probably on its last legs. Flash forward to a few weeks ago when I suddenly lost water pressure. Paul's Well Service was out the same day and tried several things to fix it before ultimately giving me the hard news. We went with a whole new install (well, tank, constant pressure system). While no homeowner wants the expense and hassle of a new well, Paul's customer service made it easier. Clear communication (love the texting!), super professional, and flexible. Especially appreciated the quick turnaround time. Definitely recommend to anyone with well needs.

Three weeks ago to the day we had a well drilled by paul's well service. When I first contacted them they came out the same day to give us an estimate on putting a well next to our pond, because the drought this year had made our pond scary low and our groundwater reservoir was pretty much useless we really wanted to get it to a comfortable level before winter. We put a down payment that day and within a week they were out to install it. It was all done quicker than what it took half of the other places I called to get back ahold of me to even get an estimate from them. They were very professional and the drilling company they worked withw as also good. The only downside was it took him two hundred feet to hit water! But i've heard that's how peru can be. They are trustworthy and I will most definitely go with them again hopefully not in the near future though. Lol
