I had a transmission issue in my 2017 F350 while camping in Luray near I-81. Contacted Paul who gave me some trouble shooting advice and scheduled to come out the next day. He had the issue diagnosed within 5 minutes and was able to make the repair before he left. We had a sensor on our HDT go off on I81 and we called Paul’s Truck Repair and being a Saturday he answered our questions over the phone but we asked him if he would come out anyway. He showed up in about 10 minutes, he plugged the truck into his computer and made us feel that we were ok. I would rate him higher than a 5 if I could. Top notch customer service! Highly recommended.
