Paul was phenomenal to work with! He took very good care of my group of kids for prom. The vehicle was immaculate. He had cold water waiting for them, which was a nice touch, considering we were in the heat prior taking photos! He was on time, and the entire trip went perfectly smooth. Paul to the rescue! We had another limo service booked for my son’s homecoming, and they canceled at the last minute. Luckily Paul was there to answer the call! We use Paul's Luxury Black Car Service everytime we visit Texas. Paul is always wonderful to work with. We are picked up from the airport in an immaculate vehicle. Always on time, friendly and professional. He drops us at our destination and helps us unload. Paul and his crew are always getting us to our destination the quickest and safest way possible with busy Houston traffic. We also use them for our return to the airport after our stay in Houston. I contacted multiple people prior to flying into town for the Morgan Wallen concert. Paul was the first person to get back to me and I am so glad he did. We were unsure of the process of getting into NRG stadium, the traffic etc. and he explained everything and made us feel at ease coming into the weekend. They were so friendly, professional and the experience was great. We not only used them for the concert, but for rides to and from the airport as well.
