This was my first experience using Pauls Limo service and it was exceptional. We needed space for 6 people and lots of luggage so we rented the executive sprinter van. The van was luxurious and spacious. Our driver was professional, punctual, and communicated the day before and when he was near the day of pickup. We had a safe and enjoyable ride from Katy to Galveston. I would recommend this company and definitely use them in the future. Thank you all for a great experience.

1st tried and it was the best experience. Paul surprised me by showing up with an upgraded Escalade and provided every detail that I need to know before picking up my VIPs at the airport. I really appreciate that his time management. He showed up earlier than I expected every time, and my VIPs were so impressed by his service. Not to mention the cleanliness inside & outside the vehicle, and bottled water that always filled up in each cup holders. I don't think I will do the research for my next trip. 1000% sure will choose Paul again. *You don't need to worry about any trouble if you choose Paul. Amazing service. We used Paul’s Houston and Katy Limo service for airport transport. After a week in Disney it was great to have someone waiting at baggage claim helping with the bags and getting us home safely and helping to bring our bags all the way up. What a fantastic experience! I needed a chauffeur, who would take care of my mother. I needed a private car and limo service, and I wanted a good one. Pauls Limo Service had the best review. They've earned it! My mother was traveling alone. She is 79 years old. I needed someone who would treat my mother as their own mother. That is exactly what I got. The nicest, kindest, driver went to her door, and walked her carefully to the car. At the airport, he made sure she was safe in the airport employee's hands, before he left.
