Did a great job on our house and was just a nice guy. Carpets look great. Called him yesterday and he was here by 11am today. Prices are the lowest in town for sure. Definitely recommend.

Somehow I lost track of time and forgot to review but in March he did the best job ever, literally magical. We had a cat who had extreme behavioral litter box issues not limited to pee and poop on the floor. Before we had done a behavioral euthanasia for him, he had been segregated to one room when we weren't home to try to contain the damage. We had literally duct taped shower curtain liners up the walls and the carpet to try to waterproof the floor and it didn't work the best. Needless to say it was about 5 years of extreme cat damage that had a horrible smell that required the door to be shut at all times with excessive air fresheners and constant mess cleaning. After he had been put to sleep, we got that room steam cleaned and I was honestly not optimistic that it would be fixable given how long it had been and a lot of research on carpet cleaning. He did quick work of the room, was on time, great communication, and honestly should have charged us more for it for the quality it was and it dried fully about the next day. When I finally put the new furniture in the room and actually was able to have to door open, it felt unreal since we mentally just expected to smell it so it took a few weeks to get used to not panicking if we saw the door open and holding our breath. Having to unlearn watching where you walk and what you had to clean all the time was bizarre. The room still doesn't have any hint of how it was before months later. Hoping to be able to get some more cleaning soon for the rest of the apartment, but honestly it was literally life changing work that was done that we'll always be grateful for.

Paul cleaned my carpet and my sofa and did a great job. I had stains on the sofa that I thought were permanent and he got them out. My sofa looks like it's new! And he took his time on the carpet cleaning. No rush job like I have had in the past from others. I will definitely call him again!

I would definitely recommend Paul’s Green Carpets Cleaning service. He was punctual and had great communication through out the whole process. He scheduled us in right away and did a phenomenal job! We had a strong mildew smell in the carpet and the odor treatment he used took it right out as well as killing the harmful mold. Knowing no harsh chemicals were used was reassuring to us as we are setting up our new nursery and now the baby can safely crawl all over the clean carpet. We were very happy we chose his service.

I called to schedule a cleaning for a queen mattress. I must add that he was 5 minutes early. I was hesitant about whether or not it was going to work honestly. It is 5 years old and has stains from dog and kid. I was shocked to see all of the stains were removed and I had a white mattress again! It only took 30 minutes to do the job. I still can't believe how clean it looks. I highly recommend Paul for any of your cleaning needs.

He was quick to get us scheduled and even worked with our odd hours of necessity (Sunday was the only day I could be available). He arrived before the time he was due and gave me realistic expectations as to what I could expect. We had just installed brand new carpet six weeks ago into our business and a client accidentally tracked in a lot of wet asphalt that dried into the carpet. I was unsure if he could help us out, but it looked absolutely terrible in our store and I wanted us to attempt to remedy it without a high cost. I appreciated his expertise, time, and him explaining the process to me as well as what to expect for results. His cost was more than fair. We will continue to use his services for our store in the future. Very professional.
