Dr. Friedman is great! He and his staff made me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Friedman analyzed my condition, and recommended a treatment. The treatment os working. I'm very pleased so far.

Dr. Friedman was great! He explained in detail the procedure that I needed and put me at ease on what to expect and why his interjection was needed. Dr Friedman is personable, gentle and an excellent periodontist. Before I agreed to have the procedure done, I asked his admin to verify what my out of pocket would be. I appreciated that immensely. Thanks to the practice for all they did for me.

Dr. Friedman was fantastic, he said I did not need his level of service and offered a strengthening treatment which I took and paid for. If I had known I would receive a large charge weeks later, I would have not done the consultation that my dentist suggested. I asked ahead of time (when I scheduled, at checkin, during consultation and when I paid my $40 bill in full after the consult) if the consultation my dentist suggested was no charge. I should have asked the question to the business office prior because when I followed up she insisted I needed another bill.

Office is very professional. Everything with your treatment is explained to you in a way that you understand. The dental hygienist was great. Her knowledge was very helpful. She also went over the routine for my dental care at home, I didn’t feel like a number felt like a valued patient . The office is very clean Dr is easy to talk too .. he answers question with calmness .. and during dental surgery he is caring and his assistance !!!

While I was very satisfied with how well my teeth were cleaned, the hygienist assigned to me had a terrible chair-side manner. They kept mumbling incoherently about my teeth while working. The few times I asked them to clarify what they were saying (tough to do while they are working in your mouth), they said they just had a bad habit of making lots of comments while they worked. Afterwards, they showed me an X-ray of my teeth and made recommendations, but when I asked the dentist more information about those recommendations, I was told to just ignore it all. Once again, I have no complaints about how great my teeth looked after the cleaning - just the mixed messaging.

My experience was very pleasant on my first visit.The staff was friendly. I was nervous not knowing what to expect. Dr. Friedman really ease my nerves and explained everything so I could understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Friedman.

I am very much pleased with my first visit to Dr. Friedman's dental office. He is highly skillful and thorough in explaining various options available to me. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. I will recommend his services to all my friends and family.

I’m very happy with the results of my surgical procedure and will continue to follow the instructions given for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I highly recommend Dr Friedman as he is knowledgeable and very good at making you feel comfortable.

Dr. Friedman did a wonderful job in my procedure. He made me feel at ease when I felt a bit anxious before the procedure started. He informed me every step of the procedure for my comfort. I guess the hardest tough was staying my mouth open and tilting my head a little further back. All in all, the procedure went well and I felt pretty good afterward. I highly recommend Dr. Fiiedman for dental works.

This is not my first time visiting this office. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Friedman is friendly and very knowledgeable. He did an evaluation of my teeth and gums. I need to get treatment to my gums prior to getting an implant. I will return soon for the treatment.
