I was going to have another asphalt company do my parking area but they couldn't get it done this year and only gave a 1 day notice to start. I called this company, paul came out and gave me an estimate and accepted and they fit me in a couple weeks later and was in and out in 4 hours. It looks amazing and been parking on it for a couple weeks with no issues. I even recommended them to the guy doing work on my house since he liked it.

They did our Driveway 8 years ago and our large church parking lot about 6 years ago. The latter was a significant project. In both cases - there was great value as the quality workmanship and low cost were both there. I would highly recommend them. This is the type of work that requires trust as anyone can lay down some asphalt and make it look good. 8 years later - their work still stands up well and it will last many more years with some routine maintenance.

swartz put in a new driveway at our lake irene cabin. they did a splendid job but there was a small area that failed. when i brought it to their attention, they quickly came to the property and did a complete overlay. we were so impressed with the quality of their work and follow-up. thus, we can give them our strong recommendation.

Nice family business who cares about you as a customer. We were very happy with the driveway they put in for us. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. They were very professional and completed our driveway in the time frame they said they would. We had a small issue and they came out promptly and took care of the issue with no hassle. I am very dissatisfied with the asphalt work by this company. After 2 years, the driveway remains soft, making it clear that the product is defective. Bike kickstands poke holes, car tires sink, and even lawn chairs leave marks that displace the asphalt. The quality is poor, and I can't recommend their services. If you're looking for the softest asphalt in MN, give them a call. But honestly, what's the point of having a driveway finished with asphalt if you can't even use it?

They came two weeks early, worked really hard and fast (I watched almost the whole process) and everyone was very pleasant and proud of the heritage of the company and the quality of their work. Expectations were not met…they were far exceeded. A lifetime reference from me! Shoutout to Richard, “Rabbit”, John, Daniel, Paul, and a couple others who’s name escapes me. You rock!

Was told a specific date that my asphalt would be completed(Friday).. That date came, no tar. Called and they apparently couldn't get asphalt so it was suppose to happen the next day(Saturday). That day came, no asphalt...The asphalt did not happen until the next Wednesday.... I was VERY understanding of circumstances.. On Wednesday, They wanted a check written out-- 1) I do not have checks 2) I expected a bill in the mail so I did not withdrawal money... They acted as if this was ok and left.. I told them I would work on getting the money by Friday.. Thursday evening a family friend was in a horrific accident so I left town to be with family.. Come Friday my phone was being blown up with calls and messages. I replied with what happened to the family friend and I would be gone. The calls stopped Saturday but come Sunday my phone was again blowing up with phone calls and now threatening messages that they were going to rip out the asphalt and leave it in a pile in the middle of the driveway. They also went ahead and called my REALTOR asking her for money and telling her how he was going to dig it up!!! They said they had an "asphalt bill" due and needed my money asap.. I guess they can delay my asphalt getting done almost a week but couldn't wait a few days for the money... I'm sorry but if you run an asphalt company and $3500 is going to make or break your business, that is TERRIBLE business management in my eyes... Maybe think about selling the brand new Denali SUVs and trucks you are driving around in if your company is struggling that bad... oh and they missed a spot in the driveway so we will see if that even gets completed in august like I was told

High integrity. There was a material issue that was not all their fault - but they came back and fixed it promptly. In general - the ssphalt business has a lot of fly-by-night people. These guys are an exception and I highly recommend them. People like this that follow through are rare.

Very professional and very high quality work. Driveways look amazing when they finish and they stand behind their work. 10/10 would recommend
