Called to see if I could have potential lines drawn for a new lot and was greeted with "God, what now" and declined with "We don't do that". If you're that bothered by business then don't start one. * Update: The owner needs to work on professionalism, after leaving my initial review, he felt it was necessary to call me afterwards to chew me out for it. I understand full well that this business may not do subdivisions, I have no issues with that. My issue is with the apparent ill-temperament of the owner. I should be able to inquire about services without receiving an attitude on the first call, and the owner should be able to handle criticism and not call people back demanding they remove said criticism. If anyone chooses to use this business, I suggest looking elsewhere first.

Paul A Montero surveyed my property and did a great job. He located the markers for all 4 corners and supplied great drawings. He was professional in all his dealings. After the final payment, he provided more time as part of interacting with the town when the sidewalk crew removed one of the markers for my property. And he provided yet another drawing version to show the number of feet and inches that neighbors were encroaching. I highly recommend Paul A. Montero for his surveyor service.
