We would highly recommend this company. We needed a RICS Valuation on our property to pay off our help to buy scheme. Our solicitors informed us last minute and this company came out VERY quickly. Our valuation was sent through the same day and was to a high standard. Thank you ever so much for all of your help!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had! They came off Rightmove through the first lockdown, which I only found out when looking for my own house listing and I had to ring them to ask about it, was provided no regular updates on how many times the listing had been viewed etc., persistently pushed to just drop the price. When the house was sold, we didn’t get a sold sign. Coming towards completion they hounded me consistently and pushed us to accept a moving date we’d repeatedly said was not good for us because it suited the buyer instead of me as their client, only to be told at midday on that date that it wasn’t going ahead anymore (communication issues throughout the chain). Cost of the service was really high especially considering the shocking experience. Will never be using them again.

Contacted steven to do a help to buy valuation and was very quick in coming out. He was friendly and helpful with the report emailed back within 3 days. Also during this covid19 my house sale has been pushed bk, I contacted steven to do another report to extend the valuation and he completed no problem within 1 day and was free of charge. I would recommend him to anyone, wish I had used him for house sale. Thanks steven

Nothing good to say about this agent. The first brochure had rooms on the wrong floor and rooms I didn't have in the house. This was redone. No viewings at all in 4 weeks. I reduced the price and had 1 viewing who has now bought the house. All through the process I had around 4 phone calls from Bennetts, no information was given on the sale, this was completed 1 week ago and when they keys were left with their office we were told we would be phoned when the buyer received the keys. Still waiting. I'd recommend any other estate agent over these.
