If you want need something done, Patterson heating and cooling will forever have my business! They had the best price, but Justice didn't do a sloppy job. You know what they say, "You get what you pay for!" With them, you always get a top quality job with the best pricing around! Highly Recommend Patterson Heating and Cooling! Our heater went out during this awful cold front, and after calling several companies (including the company that originally installed our system) and being told everyone was too busy, we were really worried. We called Justice Patterson and explained what was going on. He felt it would likely be an easy fix and offered to stop by on his way into town. Within less than an hour of speaking with him, he had already diagnosed the issue, bypassed it temporarily, and jump-started the heat so our house could begin warming up while he went to get the replacement part. Within two hours, we were completely back in business. Even though this was an emergency, last-minute call, Justice charged us a very fair price. On top of that, he went above and beyond by getting under the house to check for any leaks or other issues that could become a problem in this kind of weather. Fast response, honest pricing, and genuine care for his customers — we cannot recommend Patterson Heating and Cooling enough. If you need HVAC work done, especially in an emergency, this is the company to call.

Justice is managing the Patterson family business. Previously, 8 years ago, Mr. Patterson installed our unit. He graciously allowed us to make payments as we were in a financial bind, and he intuitively knew we were honest people. This past summer our unit had a freon leak when a spark from a loose wire caused the freon reservoir to melt. The unit shut off and it was 85 degrees in the house. It was Memorial Day weekend, on Sunday! I called Justice. He answered the phone, drove about 45 minutes to us, and repaired the unit professionally and efficiently. I was in Nashville at the hospital with a dying family member, but my husband and 5 westies were in the house. It was a scary situation. Justice had the unit repaired in a short time. The house was cooling efficiently and my husband was relieved. Please note: This was Sunday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. Justice has children and family matters to attend to; however, his professional integrity and loyalty to his passion to care for his customer needs, took precedence in an emergency situation. Justice also came out on a couple of other occasions when I had questions and concerns. He has earned my trust and respect. I won't call anyone else.

Justice and his wife were very responsive and helped me right away. His pricing was more competitive than those in town and he called and offered multiple options for me to help make the best choice for me. Would definitely recommend supporting local and they are verified and reputable! Will use again.

Needed a gas line ran to a new tankless water heater. After being strung along for weeks by 2 other contractors I reached out to Justice with Patterson. He was there the next day with an estimate and start date. Job was completed timely and professional. He ran into a few unforeseen issues and never asked for a penny more. Even came back after completion and after hours to insure everything was working as should. Highly recommend!!

Called him one evening after getting home from work and he came right out! Got my heat back up and running same night and my family got to sleep in a warm house. Wonderful guy. I will not be calling anyone else for my repair!

I have a very old and wonky house that has been added on to a couple of times throughout the years. That being said, wonky house=wonky electric. In the master bedroom, there was a singular electric plug, and in the bathroom, the plug was right next to the shower. Not a great set up, however, Justice and his crew came to my aid battling things that didn't make sense to add 7 new plugs to my house and fixing my HVAC ro get it up to code. Thank you for your amazing talent and work!
