If you want a do nothing, sleeping while on duty, earphones in, not paying attention, “security guard”, hire Patriot Protection Services. Every time I passed this guy at the Hilton he was either dead asleep or, had his ear phones in, doom scrolling on his phone, hand covering his face, and NOT paying attention to anything. FYI, if you drop your seat all the way down, and cover your eyes, or are SLEEPING with your head on the steering wheel, how can you “Discover, Deter, Defend” as your website claims? They represent a snap shot of time and can be presented with the context, without, or in a misleading way (constant example from the main stream media). Now, if he is not sleeping and just had his head down pressed against the steering wheel (as in picture 1) or had his earphones on and is covering his face looking at his phone (as in picture 2) How is he doing his job? What is he observing? It’s not the parking lot, cars, the property or the people. So either way…he’s not doing his job, he’s defiling your brand, and pretending to provide a service that’s not being provided but still paid for by the Hilton Columbus at Easton.

Its freaking 2:00 in the morning and this security guy is doing circles around the hotel parking lot, blasting emergency strobes into everyone's windows. Called in the front desk to complain and multiple people have waved him down and asked him to stop. They were told "its their policy". Absolutely insane to spend 160 bucks a night somewhere, to sleep, and to have a security guard playing cops and robbers right outside your window. He could very easily drive around without keeping the customers up all night.

This company is everywhere throughout Columbus! Seen many different places! Guards are always respectful. Feel safe when I know they are around they will take action!! Helped my wife with her keys locked in her car didn't have to!! They do just go above and beyond to help out with the community!! Love to attend events I know they are part of they always give back to the community!! My kid got bags full candy at the trick or treat bash!! They enrich my neighborhood with protection and respect!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional and Aggressive – Would Give Zero Stars If I Could I hired this company expecting security, not a street fight. The actual service? Late, unresponsive, and barely present. When I left a polite, honest review about my experience, instead of improving anything, they launched into a full-on internet brawl in the comments like it was UFC Fight Night. I get it—criticism is hard—but threatening reviewers and trying to argue every point doesn’t exactly scream “professional security team.” If you’re looking for people who protect your property by yelling at strangers on Google, congrats, you’ve found them. Otherwise, save your time (and sanity) and go with a company that solves problems instead of starting new ones.

They are a really great security company. I can give them that. The only problem is one of their employees and his friend are always calling me and harassing me accusing me of various things.

If you’d like a security service that blocks parking spaces, questions if you live at your apartment, will flash bright lights into your windows, and sleep on the job, then these are your guys. I can’t recommend them enough if that’s what you’re looking for. I’ve witnessed cars being stolen and broken into while they’ve been “protecting” the property. They do have a pretty cool paint scheme on their cars though.

We used to have problems with theft. The bright green lights of the car around the complex did not help. The owner is just insulting people making bad reviews which shows you how this company is run. Read the good reviews and they are ex employees for the most part. It is probably cheaper to just get your own Green LED lights for security and you won’t have to deal with a Boss Baby in charge here either.

We use Patriot Protection Services at three properties that we own around Columbus. When we bought them, we knew we had an up-hill battle with some bad tenants and other trouble makers coming in from around the neighborhoods. Patriot helped turn them around completely - we now have very quiet, safe communities where the tenants are happy and the investments are profitable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the multi-family real estate business in Columbus.
