Patriot plumbing answered my phone call, then came within 3 hrs for a non emergency toilet fix, and had my repair completed in an hour. Leo was very nice and explained my options. I was very satisfied with Patriot Plumbing and I now have their business card magnet on my refrigerator.

He diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed quickly, and we haven’t had a single problem since. I called on a Sunday late afternoon due to Hot Watwr heater not working right. Jacob the owner answered on 1st Ring and had Chad come out 1st thing Monday. He was professional, quick, great communicator and had a smile! He was Awesome! Great job Jacob for running such a great company!

Jacob was quick to respond to a problem that’s been on going even with the help of another plumber we’ve relied on for the past 30 years. He’s patient to hear me out, quick to respond and then takes more time to explain the problem to me and the solution he thinks is best. He”s honest and in fact, I found him from many of my friends recommending him with the word”honest” coming up repeatedly to describe him. He’s going to do it right the first time and he just became our new plumber.
