How do you know if you have bed bugs?
Bed bugs bite marks can take up to 14 days to appear, so it is good to look for other clues. Watch for bed bug exoskeletons after molting, bed bugs in the fold of the mattresses and sheets, rusty-colored blood spots that they excrete on the mattress or nearby furniture, or a sweet musty odor.
If you do find bite marks they are usually very similar to the bite of a flea or a mosquito. The bites usually disappear in a few days and are itchy and mildly irritating. If you believe you might have an infestation, please let us know and we will come out for a free inspection.
