While I didn’t have the opportunity to use Patriot in my own home this week (I live just outside their service area), I did have the privilege of working with two of their consultants, Chris and Jaden, in a training class I was facilitating—and I felt compelled to share this.
If I lived in their service area, I would invite these two into my home without hesitation.
From what I know about Patriot, their core values are strong—and Chris and Jaden embodied those values at the highest level. You could immediately see why Patriot chose them to be part of their team. Their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence were evident in everything they did.
What impressed me most was their genuine heart for customers. They’re not just skilled technicians—they’re true consultants who care deeply about doing what’s right. You can tell they’re constantly sharpening their skills, not out of obligation, but because they truly want to serve people well. Their mindset is simple but powerful: leave every home safer, better, and more cared for than when they arrived.
If I were in the area, Patriot would absolutely be at the top of my list. Based on what I’ve seen, they don’t just talk about great service—they live it every day.
