PatchitUP of Lansdale, PA - For Every Type of Drywall Damage

I called PatchitUP to discuss some drywall and plaster repair issues as my spouse and I prepare to sell our home. When Robert arrived, I was immediately impressed by his attention to cleanliness; he laid down a mat at my front door to wipe his boots and then put on booties so as not to track any outside dirt and debris. (I have hardwood floors so this was very much appreciated.) He was not only detailed oriented but even offered his thoughts on potentially most effective alternatives based on the type and condition of the repair. He remained onsite to calculate three quotes, based on services offered, and even sat down with me to explain the pros and cons of the quotes. I would recommend PatchitUP even if it’s just to get a quote.

Mohammad did a god job. He was on time, very polite and provided estimate quickly. I like that he wore shoes covering before cover to protect our floor. He took time to explain is is needed to be done.

Robert was great! He was very personal in his evaluation and explanation of how best to repair cracks in my ceiling and visible seams. The turnaround between evaluation and repair was super fast, and he did a thorough job. Will definitely use again when in need of drywall repair!

I honestly don’t know what star to leave, which is why I’ll go with the middle. The guy Mahamid (I believe that’s the spelling) came out to give us an estimate. While he was here he used the bathroom by our kitchen to go number 2. Of course, he clogged the toilet. Instead of asking for a trash bag to put all the poop toilet paper that he used too much of, he shoved it up into the toilet plunger! He literally took his dirty disgusting toilet paper out of the toilet and, to hide it, shoved it all in the plunger!! We also weren’t happy that they subcontract the job out, without the contractor seeing the job first. They give an estimate then tell someone to come fix it. The position of the drywall that needed to be fixed was pretty difficult and, had the contractor seen it first, he may have had other tools to help. I am leaving 3 stars because, and only because, Cody, who did the job, did an absolutely amazing job! He deserves 5 stars, the company deserves 1. He was very friendly, kind towards everyone, and respectful (yup, he didn’t blow up our bathroom, clog a toilet, and then hide the toilet paper in a plunger). He asked both my husband and I what we thought and if we wanted him to change anything. He cleaned his mess up and was, an all around great guy and hard worker.

Tech that came out to the house was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He understood that we needed quotes for multiple tiers of possible work to be done. Gave helpful and impartial information to help us make decisions.

So far the experience has been great. My work is scheduled three weeks from now so I’ll be able to give a more in depth review. Hamdi came out and gave us an estimate, he was polite and straightforward with the options that were available to us!

Very professional communication was great the tech that came out Muhammad was polite wore shoe coverings so he didn’t dirty the floor, the thing that I really like is the fact that it wasn’t just one option that was given and I could choose which one best fit my needs I would recommend base on my service so far

We were able to quickly schedule a technician to come out within 2 days to give us an estimate on drywall installation. The technician was friendly, thorough and professional.

They guys were amazing. Rob was so attentive to details and doing the job right, and I've Lou has been great from day one. Highly recommend!

Robert was professional upon arrival. The job was performed and completed in a timely and efficient manner. There was a slight hiccup with one area of the wall but they worked with my schedule to get it resealed again and completed the job. So far all is great.
