PatchBoyz Ottawa Drywall Repair

PatchBoyz came to the rescue. We installed pot lights in our kitchen and ended up needing a repair to our stipple ceiling. The entire process was a pleasure. From Teresa scheduling us so quickly to Chris doing an amazing job. We can't even tell where the stipple repair was done. All we have to do now is pop the lights back in tomorrow morning, after the paint dries! Great service and company.

Wow- the work we had done by Patch Boyz is top-notch! We had a bedroom and closet that required some tricky drywall installation, and their crew really went above and beyond. They fixed some very wonky framing to make sure everything is perfect. They were very tidy, and their filtered sanding system kept the level of dust to a minimum. While their work is perfection, it's everyone's customer service, patience,  understanding, and dedication to quality workmanship that stood out. We received a text each morning when the crew was on their way. They also made sure to let us know when they were leaving for the day, gave us a recap of the work & let us know what to expect the next day. We are so happy we found Patch Boyz to complete our vision. Thank you!

Wade did a great job with our full tile removal. We had a layer of ceramic and multiple layersof other vinyl and asbestos tile which he worked extremely hard to remove. He did an excellent job and was pleasant to work with. He kept us informed and kept the rest of the house clean. Would 100% recommend this company!

We had Patchboyz repair a hole in our dining room ceiling after a flood from the bathroom above. Our technician Buki arrived promptly on the first day to assess the situation and start the restoration process that involved replacing the ceiling drywall, and painting and stippling to match the rest of the extended ceiling. His work and end result was exceptional, and we really enjoyed his respectful presence in our home. Very professional. We would certainly recommend and use Patchboyz for other projects as they supported us beyond the original agreement, which was very much appreciated.

This review is a little overdue. Back in July I had a mould problem and needed to get the affected drywall area removed, the mould remediated, and the drywall replaced. The team was great! From scheduling to a paint-ready wall, everything went very smoothly. And now, after about five months it still looks fantastic. I'd like to make a special shout-out to Bukurosh for the finishing work. Fantastic is all I can say about how 'Buki' left the wall. I used a satin finish paint and it went on so smooth and clean. It really does look fantastic. Thank you, Buki.

We had Patchboyz repair 3 x holes our ceiling, they are very professional, communication was excellent, and pricing was fair. Job took several hours over 2 days. Artan, our technician, took the time to explain every step of the process, how long it might take and his job was meticulous. We are very happy with the results. Would recommend.

Im a little late posting this, Patch Boyz fixed an area of my living room ceiling from a water leak. Was very happy with the job. All the staff were very friendly and they did a professional job. There was a little issue matching the patch with the rest of the ceiling but they came back twice (no questions asked) to make it right. Would definitely recommend Patch Boyz.

I contracted to PatchBoyz for the taping, mudding and sanding of a finished basement project ( recreation room, closet/storage, bedroom and bathroom. They do not come on site for estimate but rely on your drawings and videos. The drywall installation had been done and the employees from PatchBoyz advised installation was very good. The positive of the project was that when they started work was good and they used sanders attached to filters for the major portion of the project which reduced the dust. However our experience was that not positive overall. My experience was: not provided schedule as they had committed too, had to chase for information, no return calls to voicemails, one employee was consistent , others rotated, as projected got to finishing stage the emloyee's advised they were under pressure from their office and thus quality suffered. They sent employee back to fix deficiencies but again under pressure. The photos attached are examples of areas that another contractor on site and I ended up fixing to make appropriate. It should be noted that PatchBoyz had not supervisor to go around and check on major projects and as i found out has not office where you can go and talk to someone. Addition to Review: PatchzBoyz has contacted me to discuss the level of service provided. They were forth coming and fully accepted responsibility for the deficiencies in our service in order that they could review and address the situation. They further contacted me after reviewing, explained the actions taken to improve service to customers and not have issues in future. we appreciated their openness and the resolutions undertaken.

We had a leak in our main plumbing stack and some significant drywall damage because of it. Patch boys were quick to reply to our request to service and their technicians were beyond professional. They did fantastic work and we are thrilled that our house is our home again.

Recently had PatchBoyz repair our ceiling after a shower leak. Our technician Bukurosh did an amazing job. You honestly can’t tell a repair was ever done! He took very good care to prevent dust and treated the job like he was working on his own home. Thanks PatchBoyz! Tim (N. Liskeard).
