We booked this for our wedding party and couldn't have been happier! We took a gamble and didn't see it before as it was getting booked up so fast but it was a gamble that DEFINITLEY paid off. The location was great and the venue was perfect for us. It has great built in seating areas throughout, a photo booth, a great size bar and dancefloor. It was big enough for our 100 guests but still felt intimate. The decor meant it was quite jazzy and interesting and we didn't need to invest in loads of wedding decorations. Staff were SUPERB! Holly answered all my annoying questions over email so fast and politely. Lucas and the bar staff were incredible and Lucas was able to support with whatever we needed. AJ the security guy had the best smile and was so chill but professional throughout. The lovely coat check woman, greeted me with a big smile every time I walked past and never looked fed-up even though I'm sure she was towards the end. Food was excellent and actually was so much better and easier with the venue handling it all for you - great selection and the service was superb. We really wish we could have another event just to have it here! Thank you so much everyone at Patch East <3

I booked Patch for my 40 and what a night! It’s a beautiful venue, love all the disco balls. The staff were so attentive and friendly, they really made the night. I would highly recommend for private hire.

13/06/2025 - This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had with a security staff member. My friend became unwell and non responsive so needed to be escorted out. While the situation was being handled, one of the female security guards- initially helpful - became extremely aggressive when I tried to speak to my friend to make sure she was okay. The other security staff, particularly the male guards, were kind, professional, and assured me they were doing everything they could to assist. However, this particular guard became unnecessarily hostile, even going so far as to tell me not to speak to her at all, despite my calm approach and genuine concern for my friend. It quickly became clear that she was not only confrontational, but also seemed to take pleasure in asserting power over women in vulnerable situations. Her behavior felt like bullying - targeted, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a position meant to provide safety and support. Throughout the night, I remained upstairs, but she continued to be unpleasant and made me feel completely unwelcome. Ultimately, I felt so uncomfortable that I chose to leave the venue altogether. Security personnel are meant to ensure the well-being of guests, not intimidate them. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on an otherwise professional team. I hope management takes this seriously, as no guest should be made to feel unsafe or unwelcome.

Booked Patch East for me and my triplets 21st birthday party a few months ago and loved it! The staff were really communicative with us from the start and through the whole night they were really helpful and energetic. They even checked in on me and my siblings through the evening making sure we were ok and joined in with us at the end! Thank you to everyone there for helping us make it a night to remember :)

Really enjoyed patch east decor and atmosphere was great. Not too packed in but an open plan, bar staff was super nice and took the time to help me decide what I wanted to order which is rare! I had the two for one cocktails at happy hour and pic of the menu attached, great gin and mint cocktail which I enjoyed. Didnt spend the entire night there and my friends normally use this place before we go out somewhere else but would love to come back for a few after work

This place is amazing. The tables are interactive menus. Scroll through the menu and order direct from your table. Also the food is superb. Each dish was amazing, fresh and tasty sushi. I love sushi samba which is pricey but the food here was on par. Will definitely eat here again. Staff super friendly and great atmosphere.

Thank you to all the staff. You were absolutely amazing during the process of organising my party and especially on the evening itself. You took all my stress away and delivered to the point ❤️ I would highly recommend Patch East.

Me and my fiancee celebrated our engagement party at this venue. Before the event the communication was really good and reassuring. On the night we met the general manager Lucas and his team Thamy, Douy, Edgar and Mohamed. You could see they really wanted to do to make our night special. We cannot thank them enough. The venue was perfect with chill areas as well as an area to dance.

Held our wedding reception here and had an absolutely amazing time, the team were so lovely and helpful up to and during the event. Just perfect couldn't have asked for more! A particular thanks to Holly and Douy for all their help on the day and just being generally wonderful!

Good vibes, came for my friends birthday. She rented out the whole venue and the staff were nice, fast service and the place was clean.
