Jason along with Alfredo took good care of making it a smooth and first class experience. I was out of town on business the wife called me and told me that our hot water heater went out I immediately called Home Depot purchase one for pickup and then shopped for plumbers. my first call with Jason was awesome he informed me all the information I needed to know such as being able to pick up the heater and install all the same day and was able to quote me a price and let me know forms of payment accepted. It was an awesome experience as I purchased the heater for pickup gave them Jason's name he went and picked it up and bought it to the house and did the install a very seamless process I will definitely use Jason and passionate plumbing again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Jason and his team were incredible. They arrived when they said they would and efficiently removed my old AC unit and installed the new one in short order. My AC is in a tight/awkward space and these guys didn’t make contact with anything! The whole team was genuine and polite. Jason was a pleasure to work with. 100% recommend.

We just got our rooftop air-conditioning units replaced by passionate cooling and heating. The attention to detail, as well as the extra steps taken to make sure things are done perfectly were more than appreciated. Their prompt service, and outstanding communication were what set them apart. When it came to pricing, they gave us so many options to choose from. We really feel like they were treating us like family the whole time.

I reached out to get an estimate on having my hot water heater replaced. Angi got me in touch with Passionate Air &Heater. A representative of the company name Jason and his partner show up at my home. They inspected the water heater and gave me a quote on replacing the water heater. After the quote was given l informed Jason that what if l go out and purchase the water heater myself what would be the charge for installing. Jason then gave me the price and l agreed on it. Jason then informed that he had another job to do but he could get back to me at 2:00 pm. Jason and his partner arrived at my home at approximately 1:30 to install the hot water heater. I am not and expert but in my opinion Jason and his partner is very knowledgeable and very consistent. I really appreciate the work they did and I would definitely recommend the company to anyone that is in need of this type of service. Big Shout Out to PASSIONATE.

Man, HVAC is the bane of my bank account. It always happens that your AC breaks in the middle of the summer or your heater doesn't heat the second that it starts to cool down. Out of all the HVAC companies in Las Vegas, it's easy to pick the one with all the TV commercials, or quirky radio jingles but I'm SO GLAD that a friend of my referred me to Jason at Passionate Cooling and Heating. He's helped me numerous times over the years and has always done so with quality work. Unlike some of the big names, he doesn't try and take advantage of people and tells you how it is, no B.S. I've told all my family and friends about him and wanted to share this for anyone looking, as this is a guy you can trust to get the job done right, the first time.

Jason and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They seemingly came after hours to replace our worn out water heater on the same day I called, and did a nice job installing what appears to be a quality product.

We are absolutely thrilled with Jason and his team. They installed a split AC unit in our garage and a water softener system. They went above and beyond and took customer service to a whole new level. I can't say enough about their work ethic and quality; so conscientious. They even detected a gas leak that went unnoticed by us. They will always be our go to for HVAC needs.

Thank you Passionate Air! Jason and his crew went over and beyond what I had expected with replacing my 2 A/C units and replacing the duct work and vents. The professionalism shown thru out from start to finish is five star! My husband and I had two a/c units in our 2-story home which supplied cooling and heat; one non-working and one over 20+ years. With the prices ever increasing, it was time to replace both. I had several estimates done (all around the same amount), but what stood out with Passionate was that I didn't feel pressured into working with them and Jason was VERY thorough about what was to be done, he listened to my concerns and he didn't sales talk me like making me wait while "talking to the manager or owner" to get the best price. Jason is the owner, so he knows what we needed and he still gave me the best bid. We settled on a given start and completion date and was always informed on arrival time, any delays (due to inclement weather, etc.) via text and email. The A/C units used are a highly recommended brand and what we needed and not an upsell higher scaled brand. Jason also recommended that we replace our duct system. I never had any of the repair/maintenance A/C people ever suggest that. He explained that our system was OG and had a lot of holes and upon inspection, the air was cooling off the attic. He recommended the placement but it was our option. The new duct system was quick and I was impressed about how efficient and much cleaner it looked with the new, lighter material and better placement of the duct lines. This whole job took 2 days and my home is now good for the lifetime of me. Passionate took care of all warranties and after installation maintenance and more. The attached photos are the completed project- the A/C units have all new connections and the units are sealed to the roof for better insulation - PRETTY! Thanks again Jason!
