Parsons plumbing was highly recommended to me by my sister and son. I couldn’t ask for a better set of individuals. They were kind, compassionate, and helped me through the whole process of repairing a main pipe in a slab. They were always on time and kept to their word. They even cleaned my kitchen for me when they were done. Excellent individuals that made this company stand above the rest. I was truly blessed! Thank you!

Had another company scheduled for crawlspace encapsulation. They wanted confirmation that water in space was ground water and not sewage. Was able to have parson's out SAME DAY to check for any problems. Great company, every interaction I've had with them through different properties has been fast, efficient and cost effective. We needed the saddle valve to our humidifier replaced, so I used the contact form on their website to get a price. I was surprised when I got a reply right away since it was a Sunday! Allen was available to come out the next day, and in addition to the saddle valve, he also replaced the old valve for our backyard water. He was polite, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use Parsons Plumbing again! Highly recommended!

I had a serious issue with my home gas lines that prevented the gas company from turning our service back on. Parsons Plumbing was absolutely fantastic. They diagnosed the issue quickly and made the necessary repairs flawlessly. Had an urgent problem with the water in bathroom sink clogging. I tried numerous times and used different methods to get it unclogged. Thankfully when contacting the Parsons plumbing company they immediately set an Appointment to solve the issue. The Representatives from the Co. Were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The water is flowing so much better. They managed to resolve the issue and gave suggestions on how to continue to maintain an unclogged sink. Really Appreciate their promptness and proficient services.

They arrived within two hours of my frantic call, which was such a relief. Thankfully, the issue wasn’t major, but the plumbers immediately put my mind at ease, fixed the problem quickly, and were on their way. The entire experience—from the initial phone call to when they left—was excellent. I’ll need more plumbing work done in the spring when temperatures are better, and I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend.

The pilot light would not restart on the water heater...no hot water for showers last night. Parsons website has a form to complete for a quote. I heard back from Allen last night and he arranged a call for today. The old water heater was dead and over 12 years old. After speaking with him he installed a new water heater on the spot that he brought with him. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting me up and running today.
