We needed the saddle valve to our humidifier replaced, so I used the contact form on their website to get a price. I was surprised when I got a reply right away since it was a Sunday! Allen was available to come out the next day, and in addition to the saddle valve, he also replaced the old valve for our backyard water. He was polite, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use Parsons Plumbing again! Highly recommended!

The pilot light would not restart on the water heater...no hot water for showers last night. Parsons website has a form to complete for a quote. I heard back from Allen last night and he arranged a call for today. The old water heater was dead and over 12 years old. After speaking with him he installed a new water heater on the spot that he brought with him. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting me up and running today.
