I had my floors in my apartment sanded and stained. I wish I could've given 5 stars because Nick was very easy to work with, efficient, and price was good. However, the work in my apartment was done over a period of 2 separate days and the staining of my floors came out in 2 different colors (see photos). Very disappointing as I am looking to sell and hoping this doesn't impact buyers negatively. He said he would follow up after I told him what happened, never got a call.

I had a bad experience with the original floor installers and fired them, so now I am under the gun to get it done right as I am selling my condo.
I did my due diligence and interviewed 3 guys because I needed subfloor correction along with the new Pergo Floor. Nick price was in between but he explained the process the best and I understood the process and agreed what was to be done.
His guys were professional and came back to fix some minor details twice to my satisfaction.
The condo is now for sale and the flooring looks great.
