My daughter, and I met with Dr. Kerr, because he insisted upon an appointment to prescribe diabetic medication which he has already prescribed other diabetic medication for me knowing I already have diabetes and my numbers were not currently under control. He met with my daughter to establish as a new patient. We met with him and he did not fulfill his hippocratic oath as a physician, by following through with prescribing. In My Chart following the apt., he promised to send in the script until he could get a prior authorization done which she never has. He promised to email the script, and failed to do so. He saw a message and yet he still did not do so and he also did not work a full day and left early. Between all that time that passed he should have sent in the script. Failing to do so, was life threatening. This was a very haphazard and dangerous thing for him to do! He is a failed physician, haphazard and should have never done that! The disregard and the disrespect that he has shown me and my daughter will cost him being reported to the appropriate entities that oversee physicians and malpractice. Never in my life have I not been able to contact my physician's office. He is by far the worst than any physician I have ever encountered! He should not be practicing. He is scattered acting and not reliable!

Something is wrong with Dr. Kerr as he promises to do things and then he doesn’t. He will promise to call in medication then he won’t, he also wants to see me all the time and my insurance won’t pay for that and I don’t have the money to do that. I should not have to have an appointment for refills of medication that I have taken for years and these are important meds. When I talk to his MAs they can’t hardly speak English and should know how to pronounce meds but can’t. I don’t speak Spanish or mandarin. Even an American who speaks English can’t even pronounce medications that works there.

Dr. Steven Edward Craig was very kind and helpful. He took care of me right away. I arrived early, and I was out of there before my appointment time. It was amazing!

Dr here had been treating my dad for over 10 years. In the last 2-3 years, he’s had a stroke, high blood pressure, cognitive decline and poor mobility. This doctor has prescribed medications for each of these. About 6 months ago, I asked my dad to take his blood sugar and let me know what it was. He calls to tell me it’s 420. We meet him at this clinic to see his primary care doctor, who isn’t super surprised by this. In fact, he tells my family that my dad tested to be in the diabetic range for the last two years. He has had uncontrolled type 2 diabetes for the last two years and the doctor never treated it. He treated ALL of the symptoms. Now, my dad’s blood sugar is within a normal range, and his blood pressure is down, his memory is improved and he’s walking much better. Watch out!

I have gone to Parkway Health Center in Orem for over 10 years where I see my primary care physician, Dr. Malcolm Masteller, PA Kyle and PAC Leach. From the front end, getting signed in to the nurses, medical assistance and technicians – – everyone is a five out of five! If your insurance allows it to give them a try as they are about as professional as any group I found in Utah County.

Steven Ruiz. Went the extra mile to take care of me. I went to a near by hospital treated me for the wrong diagnosis. Gave me a wrong prescription. He took matters into his own hands. Got me on the right medication and going back in for a follow up. Thank you again for the great care I received.

After dealing with a shoulder issue for 2 years, I was referred to Dr. Eric B. Leach. He & his staff spent over 2 hrs. with x-rays, examination, & treatment. He diagnosed the exact issue with my shoulder. I feel as though I’m now going to get better now with Dr. Leach!! A-Plus Service!!

I've been impressed by how well the entire team works together to provide the best care possible. They listen to their patients and focus on individual needs instead of treating you like another number. The providers are genuine and make you feel comfortable enough to have open dialogue. Fiona and the other nice lady who came in (I'm so sorry, I didn't catch your name!) were both incredibly helpful and kind through the whole process. I don't leave reviews often but 5 stars for the both of them easily!

The staff and doctor was very friendly, they showed genuine concern and made me feel important to them
