PARKS TANKLESS WATER HEATER SERVICE

Searched for a tankless heater flushing company and found Parks Tankless Water Heater Flushing. I contacted Tymone and was scheduled for service the next day. Tymone arrived promptly and ready to begin. He provided excellent service and priced just right. He took the time to explain the process and what he would be doing for us. We were pleased with the service and will definitely recommend him to others.

Arrived on time which is already a great start, especially with the inclement weather we had. While here, we discovered that a valve was installed upside down when my unit was initially installed. The problem was not only noted, but a broken valve lever was fixed on the spot as well. I absolutely recommend the service of Parks Tankless, from start to finish I was informed of what was happening.

Outstanding service! He came out on Christmas Eve and completely saved the day. Tymone had all the parts on hand, repaired our water heater quickly, and even flushed our tankless system. Super professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The price was incredibly affordable especially for a holiday visit! I can’t recommend him enough and will 100% be using him again in the future!

Thanks to our lovely neighbor Bill for recommending this gentleman. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Parks was very accommodating, especially after I called him after seeing the many reviews from our neighborhood FB page. He showed me the gunk that collected so it was long overdue. I highly recommend him; he's well worth the money spent, considering the alternative of replacing the entire tank would have cost an estimated 3-4K. If you are in need of this service please do not hesitate to call, you will not be disappointed!

I phoned Tymone on Friday afternoon to service my tankless water heater. He had an opening the next morning. He was here at the agreed time and was polite and professional. He answered questions and gave me information about my unit. He completed the work and left me with paperwork for my records. I had checked around about what this service might cost and he gave me a reasonable quote. I will call him next year and feel comfortable recommending him to others needed their unit maintained.
