I decided to call Parks & Braxton from the reviews that I had read, and from the very first call I was impressed . Both Mike and Andrew were understanding and quick to tackle my situation. I was charged with a DUI, when I had been the one to call the police in a small auto accident I was in. I performed a perfect sobriety test, denied the breathalyzer test. I live in PA, but accident/charge was in Florida. Mike was the attorney to represent me, he was fantastic. He handled absolutely everything, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The only thing I had to do was sit in a zoom call with the final dropping of my case. He got my DUI dropped to wreckless driving, with no probation/no conction/ no dui school. Mike Braxton could potentially be one of the best DUI attorneys around. Scored me the most unbelievable outcome for a pending second DUI conviction. The offer was almost too good to be true... (in a good way obviously). The deal was inevitable to even think of, adjudication withheld down to a reckless driving, no interlock device, a 12 month probation that was nulled to practically be dismissed after 2 months upon payment and DUI 2 school completion, only a 90 day cancellation/suspension which actually should of been 18 months minimum because of refusal to blow and prior conviction from 2009. Not to mention, was able to continuously drive from day of arrest as a business license for 5 months with no impound implications or suspension(s) aside from the night of the arrest. He has to be one of the best DUI attorneys in South Tampa hands down. Words couldn't humble myself enough to leave the courtroom with almost an invincible escape.
