My shower drain was completely clogged and I was worried it would turn into a bigger issue but he handled everything quickly and professionally. He arrived on time, explained what was causing the blockage and got right to work. What really stood out was how thorough and respectful he was. He made sure everything was fully cleared, tested the drain before leaving and left the area spotless. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job. My wife and I just purchased our first house about a month ago and with all the rain we had last week the sump pump stopped working in our crawl space. We called Mike from parker plumbing co and he was quick to respond. I explained how I wasn’t able to move around super easy to take a look around or keep the water contained. Mike didn’t only just come and fix the issue but was extremely receptive to my lack of mobility. He took pictures of me everything and explained what he did.
