Our experience yesterday was awful. A 2:45 appt for cleaning got us out of there at 4:30, other patients were seen before us that arrived after us. My son missed hours from school when we could have waited til after school for this since we left after school hours. Our time is valuable just like yours. In my opinion u have too many patients that are not being treated adequately nor promptly. The person who called my son bk to the room was laughing Abt his name and very unprofessional. The only good I saw there were the two receptionists at the front desk who were very professional and understood my frustration. I'd like Casey to contact me please.
