Paradise RV Sales and Service

We have been going to Paradise RV for a couple years now, we rented campers from them with great experience. They are so welcoming, quick to respond and always answered our calls and questions. Anytime we needed help and support, they often do whatever they can to make things right and aren’t always looking to sell something, it feels like you’re part of a family business. We purchased a camper and now we store it at their facility, we can access our camper 24-7. During business hours, I’ve always found them being more than happy to be helpful with questions, maintenance, or just a friendly face. I cannot recommend this business any higher.

George and Sydney were both amazingly helpful in the service department AFTER the sale. Being a newbie to RVing they patiently answered my many questions. On my pick up day George went over my entire camper inside and out( Rockwood GeoPro 20FBS) and how everything works. Great customer service all around !!

From the moment we arrived at Paradise RV, to signing the paperwork to purchase a used camper, we felt like family. Deborah met us outside as we were heading to the office door. We never felt pressured in any way. She asked us what we were looking for and she showed us what they had available. She educated us answering all our questions in a very friendly way. Nate, her husband, handles all the paperwork and he made us feel at ease. He also wanted to do whatever we needed. A few times I heard Deborah say "We're here to help"! Both her and Nate did that and so much more! This is by far the best experience we've had in a very long time. They are a great couple and will be there in the future if we need anything else. You can trust them!

We came from Gaffney to see this unit. Was very pleased with Debra and Nate. Everything was addressed with our now new to us used motor home. Highly recommend Paradise RV. Blessings to all

Stopped to ask them to check my wheel alignment because of tire wear. They immediately took a look at the issue and found no issues with the wheels or axles. After an extensive diagnosis they topped off each tire with air and sent me on my way….AT NO CHARGE. Awesome people and company!!!!!

High marks!!! Amazing staff and super amazing service from beginning to the end! We were treated fairly and kept up- to-date daily in every aspect when it came to purchasing our camper. Everyone there was friendly, professional and on-point when we needed information or guidance. Consistently great service over the years - we bought our Dodge Sprinter RV brand new many years ago and now has 130,000 miles of fun (including 4200 mile drive from CHS to Alaska with no problems) Paradise has serviced our RV the entire time as interior and exterior had things needing replacing over fixing. They have always done a great job, plus tried their best to save us money. Very reliable and so nice too. I highly recommend using Paradise for service. We live on James.Islsnd so inconvenient, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else 👍

WOW ! What an amazing company. My families first ever RV camping trip was to Rock The Country Music Festival. 12 people and 2 RV’s. Not one single need was overlooked.
