Paradise RV Sales and Service

We have been going to Paradise RV for a couple years now, we rented campers from them with great experience. They are so welcoming, quick to respond and always answered our calls and questions. Anytime we needed help and support, they often do whatever they can to make things right and aren’t always looking to sell something, it feels like you’re part of a family business. We purchased a camper and now we store it at their facility, we can access our camper 24-7. During business hours, I’ve always found them being more than happy to be helpful with questions, maintenance, or just a friendly face. I cannot recommend this business any higher.

From the moment we arrived at Paradise RV, to signing the paperwork to purchase a used camper, we felt like family. Deborah met us outside as we were heading to the office door. We never felt pressured in any way. She asked us what we were looking for and she showed us what they had available. She educated us answering all our questions in a very friendly way. Nate, her husband, handles all the paperwork and he made us feel at ease. He also wanted to do whatever we needed. A few times I heard Deborah say "We're here to help"! Both her and Nate did that and so much more! This is by far the best experience we've had in a very long time. They are a great couple and will be there in the future if we need anything else. You can trust them!

Deborah and Nate are awesome. Just when we were losing hope of ever getting a camper, they made the impossible for us possible!!! Definitely will be coming back when we are ready to upgrade!!!! We are very happy with our new camper. Our family thanks you again you guys 💓

George and Sydney were both amazingly helpful in the service department AFTER the sale. Being a newbie to RVing they patiently answered my many questions. On my pick up day George went over my entire camper inside and out( Rockwood GeoPro 20FBS) and how everything works. Great customer service all around !!

Overall we are happy with our purchase. We bought a 2022 Heartland Pioneer SS171. There were little things here and there but so far Paradise has been great with addressing concerns. This is my first camper and they have been great with helping me through the learning curve. I would recommend them to family and friends.

What a great experience we had at Paradise RV. Small “Mom and Pop” business with great owners. Friendly, informative and not pushy. It has been a dream for a while now to buy an Airstream Trailer. We found one at Paradise…that was fairly priced. We ended up buying it and it was easy. We had an all around fantastic experience at Paradise RV. My husband and I just bought a Winnebago from Paradise RV. We got exceptional customer service. They surprised us with a great deal on our price. We are not picking it up for a few more weeks, but they’re allowing us to leave it there on the lot. I’ve never drove an RV getting things ready to go.
