Paradise Paws Pet Grooming

Wow Paradise Paws has exceeded my expectations. So profesional. I have a Toy poodle and Goldendoodle and they always come out looking their best. Santiago is so nice and takes such good great care of them. I know poodle hair is extremely difficult but they know exactly what they are doing. Can’t recommend them enough.

Can’t recommend them enough! This was my first experience with them and won’t be the last, we found our new groomers. My toy poodle senior girl was badly due for teeth cleaning/grooming and they did such an amazing job. Her teeth are pearly white again and her cut is so perfect! She’s usually scared and anxious coming in/out of grooming and for the first time, she was calm and seemed happy. That says everything I need to know about how they treated her!

This is Michelle Mack. I will go ahead and respond to your false narrative this way since I cannot reply on the original review. Your reply to me not only shows how guilty you are, but also how much knowledge you lack on working with animals. While you did have the radio on, this could NOT be heard from outside. I only heard it once I opened your van door. The only thing I heard from the outside (a distance away) was you YELLING AGGRESSIVELY at my dog who again, is a senior and suffers from anxiety. If you think that yelling in ANY capacity is how you address the behavior of an elderly dog with severe anxiety, this isn’t the business for you. Any dog owner that heard what I heard would have been just as upset, if not more upset. & trust me, I do not have time for any of this being a mom of 2 kids, but this was NOT right and I must speak up. Additionally, you making false accusations of whether my dog lives inside or outside has nothing to do this and says a lot more about your character than it does about mine. However, for the record, he lives inside 99% of the time & quite frankly it’s none of your business. I will conclude this by stating to anyone reading this that after I opened the van door initially to check on my dog, he shut the door in my face & LOCKED it! I then had to bang on the door to get my dog out. If this isn’t a red flag, I don’t know what is. Beware people- looks like anyone can just finance a van & call themselves a “caring” dog groomer.

Just as I was going out to my driveway to get something out of my car mid-grooming, I heard the groomer YELLING at my poor, senior, anxious dog in a very aggressive & abusive manner. My dog was shaking when I heard the yelling and got him out of that van. I pray that my dog has not been physically abused by this disgusting man. I must also add, we were repeat, loyal customers to these people even after they would cancel/reschedule our appointments and show up late I am understanding of those things, but not of being verbally abusive to an innocent animal.

I highly recommend Paradise Grooming!! They are the best! Santiago is amazing with my small Yorkiepoo and leaves her looking beautiful! He’s gentle, nurturing and caring and know my fur-baby is in good hands with them.

Wow, very impressed. We have used probably about 8 different groomers in Miami and this was far and away the best experience. I got exactly what I asked for and the dogs look happy and healthy!
