This is Michelle Mack. I will go ahead and respond to your false narrative this way since I cannot reply on the original review.
Your reply to me not only shows how guilty you are, but also how much knowledge you lack on working with animals.
While you did have the radio on, this could NOT be heard from outside. I only heard it once I opened your van door. The only thing I heard from the outside (a distance away) was you YELLING AGGRESSIVELY at my dog who again, is a senior and suffers from anxiety. If you think that yelling in ANY capacity is how you address the behavior of an elderly dog with severe anxiety, this isn’t the business for you.
Any dog owner that heard what I heard would have been just as upset, if not more upset. & trust me, I do not have time for any of this being a mom of 2 kids, but this was NOT right and I must speak up.
Additionally, you making false accusations of whether my dog lives inside or outside has nothing to do this and says a lot more about your character than it does about mine. However, for the record, he lives inside 99% of the time & quite frankly it’s none of your business.
I will conclude this by stating to anyone reading this that after I opened the van door initially to check on my dog, he shut the door in my face & LOCKED it! I then had to bang on the door to get my dog out. If this isn’t a red flag, I don’t know what is.
Beware people- looks like anyone can just finance a van & call themselves a “caring” dog groomer.
