Excellent Service! Comfortech came out and quoted me $1900 to replace my furnace inducer blower. I called Paradise Heating and Cooling and Zach was out there the next day and had it fixed for a fraction of the cost that Comfortech quoted. He was professional, timely and very easy to work with. I’ll definitely be using this company again next time I need HVAC repairs/service! GREAT JOB!!

Zack and his team with Paradise cooling help me troubleshoot some things over the phone and help me save some money Trying to pin down the problem. Due to the weekend, all the parts store were closed and he had a rare part in his service truck saved the day thankfully He worked over the weekend on this hot summer, humid days in Mississippi and got me running snowflakes coming out of the vents! Will recommend Zack especially on a Saturday got a happy wife now thanks to paradise heating and cooling!

Best customer service. Zach was professional and prompt to respond to my message. He came out within a couple of hours and resolved my heating issue. His fee was very fair for a weekend call. I highly recommend his service.

Got my gas water heater replaced about 3 wks ago and I’m more than satisfied with the service provided to me by this company! From start to end, Zach and his assistant showed up, committed and exceeded my expectations. They were able to help me lay some plywood and repair my attic’s stairway as part of the price—beyond grateful with them for their care in this additional support.

Zach was great! Called him this morning due to my AC not working. He got held up at another job but still stuck to his promise and came by around 10pm and quickly fixed the issue. Would recommend to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Zack! We had another company quote us for a new AC unit after telling us our evaporator coil could be “cleaned” but only if it was removed. Zack came in, cleaned it in place without having to remove it and risk causing damage to an old unit. This extended the life of our current unit and it has been working great since. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and is committed to doing right by them, not just making a sale. I’ll be calling him for all of our future AC needs and, when the time comes, for our new unit installation.

Zack and his sidekick, Will, were super helpful, kind, and did a great job. AND they were affordable, which says a lot, compared with some others I called. I saved Paradise Heating & Cooling to my contacts in case I ever have another plumbing issue. Thanks guys!!

I called Paradise Heating and Cooling on a Sunday. He came and looked at my ac first thing Monday morning. He did my repairs in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. I will most definitely be using them from here on out. I’m a very satisfied customer!
