I had my birthday party at Paradigm Spirits and it was incredible. The staff were amazing and really cared about our guests. The bartenders were awesome and kept everyone happy all night. The venue was incredible and the outdoor patio was a huge hit with everyone. The food was also amazing and people are still talking about how good it was. It’s definitely a hidden gem and perfect for any event. A special shoutout to Alyssa who helped us plan everything from day one. She’s an absolute rockstar and was such a big help. I’ll be recommending Paradigm Spirits to anyone looking for an event space.

We recently went to Paradigm. They have a new chef that has revamped the menu. It's honestly amazing. Top of my list for places to go in London. Cocktails were so good! Amazing new patio too!

What a fantastic distillery! Best place by far to have a gorgeous, unique cocktail and some very tasty appetizers! A great way to spend an afternoon or evening with friends or as a couple! I was not expecting to be so delighted by this new local distillery. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, the decor and ambience is very well done and all of their spirits are top notch! We tried the sample to get a taste for the quality of their spirits and I have to say we enjoyed them all! The vodka is very smooth and the gin smells divine and tastes just as good! And of course their whiskey is wonderful as well. I didn’t know their food menu would be so extensive or we would’ve stayed and did appetizers for supper! But we’ll be back again very soon!!

Enjoyed an amazing night celebrating my cousin's 50th birthday outside on the patio. The food and drinks were exceptional and our service was top notch. Looking forward to coming back and tasting the summer menu.

Always a fantastic time everytime I come. There's lots to check out and do at the distillery. Go for a cocktail making class; Benjamin is a fantastic instructor! He is knowledgeable in how and whys of mixology. From certain maraschino cherries to different techniques you'll come away learning how to make better drinks. Come for dinner throughout the year and you may possibly have something different every time. Menu's change but they are fantastic, with dishes being accessible but refined. There's something for everyone. Speak with both Benjamin and Tyler at the bar, learning how they come up with their drinks is always fascinating and entertaining. And Michelle and Irma are always hospitable every time you come in, I can't say enough great things about them. A good time can be had by all. Drinks are innovative and bold. Speak with the bar tenders and tell them what you like and they give great recommendations. Wait staff is friendly and quick, and try the seasonal treats, they're so goos

10/10 recommend! Both the gin cocktails and food were delicious, high quality and nicely presented. Went March 2021 and the staff were so friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxing and not busy on the Sunday afternoon. Also got a bottle of gin to go.

Had a great patio brunch at Paradigm. Relaxing vibe, great service and high quality tasty food. Cocktail menu is fantastic and brunch drinks were amazing. Very friendly, easy going staff made it an outing to remember. Eggs Benny had a great hollidaise sauce, asparagus was cooked perfectly. The corriader in the corn salsa wasn't for me but corriader isn't my thing. Prosciutto pita was fresh, meaty, with just the right amount of flavourings. Salmon appies were adorable and great tasting as well. Will be back to try more cocktails. Had a tour and ended up taking 2 bottles home, a Gin and a Rye.

A wonderful cocktail making course. After signing up and sitting down the course was 2 hours. Two different cocktails made and an explanation on why certain things are done a certain way. Very fun and entertaining. The cocktails were delicious and gluten free. #glutenfrew #gf #localguides

Came here for brunch as a table of 4 over a long weekend. I personally tried the chorizo hash and fried green tomato and crab cake eggs benny. Unfortunately everyone's food came except my eggs benny (I think the wrong order was put in) so I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and most of the table finished by then. The server was apologetic about it and took it off the bill without which I appreciate. The food is good, standard brunch fare. The crab cake is delicious with lump crab meat in it, though the fried coating on the green tomato was a bit too sweet for my taste. Chorizo hash was very cheesey but could benefit from having bigger chunks of chorizo so the different flavours stand out more. The patio out back is spacious but at the time we went, we were surrounded by the same 5 wasps and someone from our table had a bee allergy. Perhaps some more flowers on the patio would help divert the wasps away from tables.

Paradigm Spirits Co. is an amazing place for brunch! Downtown London in the Kellogg building ! Very industrial chill vibes.. that is different then most of London. It’s a Gin bar and they have specialty flavoured Gin which I would recommend to anyone even those who don’t think they like gin. I’ve been couple times for brunch . Both times were beyond delicious. Went there yesterday with my husband for brunch. Ordered their Maple Collins which is a mock tail, was made with grapefruit juice, maple syrup and ginger beer with rosemary ! Amazing!!!! Along with ordering the chorizo hash which I would order again, has just a tiny bite of spice and a lot of flavour! The service was exceptional and the staff was warm and welcoming . Thanks again for exceeding expectations cant wait to come back!!
