Had a great patio brunch at Paradigm. Relaxing vibe, great service and high quality tasty food. Cocktail menu is fantastic and brunch drinks were amazing. Very friendly, easy going staff made it an outing to remember. Eggs Benny had a great hollidaise sauce, asparagus was cooked perfectly. The corriader in the corn salsa wasn't for me but corriader isn't my thing. Prosciutto pita was fresh, meaty, with just the right amount of flavourings. Salmon appies were adorable and great tasting as well. Will be back to try more cocktails. Had a tour and ended up taking 2 bottles home, a Gin and a Rye.
