I ordered food from Punjab Tiffin service today.First they didn't send my correct order. They replaced dal with mix veg sabzi. I didn't create any fuss or bothered to call them. But halfway through my daughter’s meal she got two pieces of sharp steel wire pieces in her mouth. This is so dangerous it could have given a cut to my daughter on her tongue. I spoke with the owner and shared photos with the owner. He wanted to give me a replacement but I would never eat from a place like this again. I also raised this with doordash. This is very concerning.

Not very professional people. I had a few concerns about the food as we were having stomach problems with the food and I also shared the videos of the food and asked them to stop the delivery and refund the money. First they said it will take 10 days to appear in my account but it’s been almost two months. I sent them several messages to refund but they just stopped answering. Nobody cared about getting back about our concerns. I Won’t recommend this service.

The food is fresh, tasty, and feels just like home. Always on time and reliable service.

Okay, this is my first week with Panjab Tiffin and I am more than satisfied. I was cautious after reading several negative reviews. But do note that negative (and positive) reviews can be manipulated by competition and the service provider. I started with a few trial meals which were satisfactory and better than a erstwhile leading tiffin brand in Surrey which has shut down. I started my monthly plan with Panjab Tiffin a week ago. It's early days, but the quality of food and the timely service is commendable. The food has a fair bit of variety, low on oil and moderate on spices. Quantity is pretty good for one super hungry adult and can easily be split into two meals. I've started with a vegetarian plan and will migrate to the non-veg one soon. I'll update this review after a month and then again (if all goes well) after three months. Hope this helps anyone reviewing Panjab Tiffin. For me this was a good choice. Very bad tiffin service she repeats one sabji every 3rd day , worst tiffin . I told her that how many times you will repeat the same sabzi please change make something new, but she doesn't listen. They don't care about their customer .please don't got for them .it is just a waste of money . I will never choose them again. You will be throwing your food .

I took FOOD yesterday from them , I paid $168 . food was not delicious. It was not fresh . After eating food my bp high and heartbeat was high. When I told about it . They were very rude . They said , refund me will done around 10 businesses days our accountant will do . They charged me 25 $ for one day Tiffin for 8 roti and dal and Subji and yogurt . I recommend to everyone please DONT GO over there . You can save your money and time . ZERO STAR

Stay clear of these people. They seriously rip you off. They are part of an app called "too good to go". It seriously discount leftover food. My order said it had a value of $21.99 and I paid 6.99 x2. I ordered two orders. My first order was naan bread and a little pot of rice) ,$21 value?????☹️. It's not even worth 6.99. the 2nd order had naan, a little pot of yogurt sauce and some eggplant sauce. There again certainly not worth the price. So basically I took of their hands their leftovers and I couldn't even make a meal out of it and I paid $8:00 they really should be ashamed. I called Onwer but he said it’s a surprise bag but there is no surprise never ever shop from them horrible food & 0 marks for Cx services
