My jeep was having an issue with the steering, I had as having a heck of a time finding a place that could get me in before thanksgiving which was 3-4 weeks out and get it fixed before I was moving. Not only did they get me in the next day, they offered to send a tow truck, I couldn’t drop off with my son, as well as made sure my warranty would cover as much as we could get. Jeremy was amazing, so friendly understanding of the situation and everything got fixed. If I was staying in town this would be my new mechanic I highly recommend! Thank you to the team to get me on the road without worry of anything happening while towing our trailer.

I have brought multiple vehicles here and they always dp a great job. The service writers do a great job as well. They do very dependable work you can count on them getting the job done right.

I was having problems with my 2020 terrain and somebody suggested Jeremy at panhandle diesel and I'm sure glad they did. He did an outstanding job from start to finish, everything from getting me in on short notice to shuttling me around to getting my vehicle back to me within a few hrs. I had taken it to a couple of other places and no one could figure it out. He and his staff are friendly, courteous, really knowledgeable,totally professional and very reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend these guys.

Great at giving me a list of what repairs I need taking pictures and showing what is okay and what isn't giving me an estimate of everything I need and even replacing one parts at a time and let me pay those parts first before doing something else and doing an all over check after just placing one part place is awesome

What an experience!!! Everything from start to finish went smoothly! Easy to make an appointment (next day!), I was involved in every decision / step with my pickup, approving or not approving what needed to be done. Along with that, there was an in depth inspection, WITH PHOTOS, of my entire pickup top to bottom. To top it off, Kayla did an OUTSTANDING job keeping me informed about when my pickup would be done. All around great care, communication and service! I will definitely be returning to Panhandle Diesel / Twin City Auto!!! I appreciate your hard work!!

2nd time we have had to bring our truck in for service and just like the 1st time the staff was super helpful and friendly. Always keeps us updated on progress. No issues with truck after they serviced. Wish we lived closer so we could use when we needed. We are from Rapid and were just in the area on medical job. Panhandle came highly recommended and now we know why.

Service was fine but I feel they should have a itemized statement showing part cost labor cost and I think 30 some dollars for shop supplies is a little steep.
