Pamper Valley Spa

I visited Pamper Valley today for the Empress Ritual Facial with Lina, and it was such a lovely experience. The spa itself is calm, clean, and beautifully designed, which immediately puts you in a relaxed state. Lina was incredibly gentle, attentive, and took the time to understand my skin before starting. The facial felt very thoughtful and luxurious, not rushed at all. I could feel the tension melting away during the massage, and my skin looked noticeably brighter and refreshed right after. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, warm lighting, and the little touches around the spa that make the whole experience feel special. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and genuinely cared for. Looking forward to going back again soon. 💛 Highly recommend!

Had an amazing RMT session today! Daniel was my therapist and he was really good. He asked me about my pain points first, almost like a quick consultation, then focused exactly where I needed it. He’s a little on the quiet side, but very attentive and his technique is strong and effective. I came in really needing a deep massage and left feeling so relaxed. The spa is clean, smells like a real spa, and has such a calming vibe. The staff were also very welcoming. The place may be small, but it’s a cozy little oasis of relaxation. Super convenient location too, just steps from the subway. And the tea and snacks after the session are such a nice touch. Definitely coming back for my next deep tissue massage! 💆‍♀️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We found our new favorite spa with RMT in Toronto. We will certainly come back. My sister and I chose this spa randomly for my bridal shower. And we both had amazing experience with our RMTs. Grace and Daniel are both so good! I have never had a great legs/feet/shoulder/scalp massage until Grace! My sister said Daniel is very knowledgeable and fixed all the knots she had. Plus the amenities they offer! A great tea/drink selection and the desserts/snacks. This place is a hidden gem 💎 Highly recommended!

We spent our anniversary here and the experience was great! To start they have a great process before arriving to ensure you have time to relax leading up to the massage appointment. They get the intake forms completed ahead of time and the lounge area is well stocked compared to other spas we’ve been to such as the Old Mill where they just give cookies. In addition they take note that it was our anniversary and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Lastly, one of the few places in GTA that do direct billing for insurance for ease. Would highly recommend!

Grace provided a very professional and relaxing massage and very attentive to ensuring the massage was comfortable by allowing her clients to select the music and scent for the session and open to changes in pressure ( more or less) when asked. My body feels renewed. Until the next time!

Came to Pamper valley for a Prenatal massage. Grace was amazing at what she did. First she made sure I was comfortable lying on my sides and guided me though the steps of the massage. Next she made sure the scent and the music wasn’t too much. She also adjusted the heat of the massage table to a gentle tone. Then she began with the most soothing 90 minute massage. Her pressure was just perfect and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Pamper Valley and Grace for your prenatal massage.

Had a Swedish massage and everything was great. The therapist was very thoughtful, checking in on the pressure and bed temperature to make sure I was comfortable. I liked that I could choose the music too. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. They also had a nice selection of teas and some light snacks, which was a really nice touch. Would definitely come back!

Our couples massage was more than just relaxing. It felt like a reset for both body and spirit. The space was peaceful, the therapists kind and respectful. We’ll happily return and recommend to others.

I booked two Empress Ritual treatments for a friend's birthday and we were blown away! I had Lina and she was INCREDIBLE. So knowledgeable and I left feeling glowly, smooth and rested. What a cute little hidden spa with incredible staff. We will definitely be back.
