My first time seeing Rebekah today and it was the best experience! She makes you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. I’ve read all the reviews and I can definitely say she is truly amazing at what she does, she is professional and so lovely! I will definitely be coming back👍

I had a terrible experience with another business for my first ever lash lift and i left that shop so upset with the service i received, especially for the money i spent. I was leaving the next day to go on holiday and i needed to get it fixed ASAP. I found Bekk from a friend and I asked her to help me fix it if she had time. Bekk stayed open beyond her usual hours to help fix my lash lift and i am so eternally grateful for her kindness and willingness to help me out. Her service was incredible and she educated me about lash health. Bekk is so lovely and worth every single dollar. I couldn’t recommend someone more.

I've recently moved so was on the hunt for a new brow lami place. I saw that Pamper Parlour was close by and had fantastic reviews so decided to give it a shot. I completely understand all the 5 star reviews now as Rebekah's service was great! She made me feel super comfortable on her heated bed and I left with impeccable brows. Also loved that she checked in with me whether I wanted to chat or relax so ended up having a very relaxing little break during a busy day. Will absolutely continue coming here!

Bekk is amazing! I love that she runs the salon herself, ensuring consistent, high-quality service every time. I shared my concerns about a previous experience at a well-known, award-winning spa where I had waxing and later laser treatments, but they lacked attention to detail and didn’t follow up, even after a laser session left me with burns. In contrast, Bekk provided waxing treatment with exceptional care and attention, listening closely to my needs. She even checked in afterward to ensure I was happy and comfortable with the results. Highly recommended!

A long overdue review, but definitely deserves one! I got lash lift done 2 months back and the outcome was perfect! I've done it in the past at a different place but nothing like how Bekk did. She is extremely friendly and explains the whole procedure alongside gives suggestions. Looking forward to starting the facial treatments as the products she uses are of extreme great quality! And plus cause she lives close to where I live! ;) xx

Bekk is fantastic. I got an eyebrow and lip wax and the results were so much better than stores in shopping centres. She provides a great atmosphere and environment for her clients. I’ll definitely be back.

All I can say is you need to book in with Bec! My first time getting treatment here and the whole experience was phenomenal. From the booking to arriving at her place and the whole treatment experience made me speechless. First time getting a Brazilian wax and I would 100% recommend Bec. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and educated me on a few things about the process. I definitely will be coming back as her wealth of knowledge and techniques has helped me a lot. Bekk is so lovely and made me feel instantly at ease! Her space is warm and inviting complete with heated bed and weighted blanket. My experience has been absolutely divine, especially the Dermaplaning Facial - I’ve never been more relaxed! I’m so glad I found Pamper Parlour and can’t wait until my next visit!

Tried Pamper Parlour because my old waxing place closed down and safe to say I was definitely impressed! The whole experience was so lovely, the treatment room was warm and smelled so good. Bekk was also very quick and efficient and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Been here twice already and I can definitely say that I will be making it a routine!

I got an eyelash lift and tint done by Bekk and my lashes have never looked better. After more than a month there are still curled and haven’t moved at all. Her service is also amazing and she makes you feel so comfortable and well informed. Would definitely recommend her services!!
