Absolutely amazing all the staff were very friendly even though I was losing my marbles a bit because my little one was in so much pain. They comforted her and made the process very easy for an extraction the same day. Thank you so much to the dentist and the staff! We will definitely be returning! 👍🏼😁

We brought our granddaughter in for an emergency extraction on one of her baby teeth. The staff and especially the Doctor were amazing. The office is decorated like no other dental office. We have more work to be done, but are extremely confident that they will take the utmost care of our granddaughter. Protective Papa!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with this dentist office for my 2 year old daughter. Everyone on the staff was friendly. The receptionists, dental hygienist, and dentist were so kind and patient with us. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking for a great dentist practice for their children.

We visited this office because of the great reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the expectations. I would not return with my two children (ages 8 and 17 months). The staff mentioned they’re only in the office once a month, and it definitely felt that way—there was no cell service and no Wi-Fi available, which made it difficult to keep my toddler occupied. We chose this office thinking it would be a good environment for kids, but it didn’t feel that way. The staff seemed unfamiliar with where things were, often leaving to shuffle and search for supplies, which created a lot of disruption and made the visit stressful. My 8-year-old needed a crown removed, and we were told it wouldn’t hurt since the tooth underneath was already gone. However, they removed it using a tool without any numbing or medication, and he’s continued to complain of pain since. He left with gauze in his mouth for the rest of the day. The overall environment was extremely quiet and not very welcoming. Perhaps their other locations run more smoothly, but based on our experience here, I would not recommend this one.

They have been my daughter dentists since she got her first tooth, she just turned 4 and we still love coming here. They always answer all of questions and best of all the care they give my daughter is the very best. She looks forward to the dentist because of the balloons haha and of course because she feels comfortable. Thank you so much!

The staff is always friendly and I never have any problems here. Highly recommend! The only thing i don’t like is recently I started getting automated messages asking me to confirm my appt and it says I will be charged $50 if I don’t confirm within 48 hours. I don’t think that’s necessary and it sounds threatening.

This practice is always professional and kid friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and explains things in detail to parents and the children. I highly recommend this practice for all age groups. The Bergeron Family 😃

My daughter been going to palm valley for over 8 years. The staff is always amazing and friendly, they treat the kids with so much respect and care. My daughter always looks forward to going to her appointments.

Dr. Olga and her team made getting braces easy for my son. They were gentle and patient and always made us feel welcome. His smile looks amazing!

We have been going to the Verrado location since they first open. Thank you to the staff and doctors for all that they do! My little one was so brave at her last visit. She loves going to the dentist!
