She listened to all of my needs and answered all of my questions. She then referred me to another agent, Monze, in order to finalize the policy and transaction. Monze made sure I was taken care of and she took her time with me to double check everything was correct and accurate. I had never insured a piece of jewelry before but both Hana and Monze gave me piece of mind knowing that my jewelry is properly insured.
