She listened to all of my needs and answered all of my questions. She then referred me to another agent, Monze, in order to finalize the policy and transaction. Monze made sure I was taken care of and she took her time with me to double check everything was correct and accurate. I had never insured a piece of jewelry before but both Hana and Monze gave me piece of mind knowing that my jewelry is properly insured.

I don't usually give reviews on service-related industries, but in this case, it is worth making an exception. I came to Palm Valley Insurance to mostly just inquire about insuring a car in California. I'm from Washington but keep a car down here at our home here. I dealt with Javier Reyes. He not only was great in helping me to arrange to have my new car to be registered and insured in California, but also helped to shift my homeowner insurance to be bundled with it saving my over $1000 a year.
