Palm Springs Beautiful Spa Massage

Excellent massage experience! The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. My wife and I both loved our massages. We felt incredibly relaxed and light afterward. We will definitely be back!

Incredible value. Best thing I purchased in Palm Springs. Very short and simple menu, so don’t expect a ton of bells and whistles. But they do offer hot stones or CBD oil for a reasonable add-on charge.

My wife and I both had the 60 minutes massage with the hot stones and me also the hot oil. Both were excellent and we both felt better when we left. Highly recommended.

Feel worse than how I came in. Terrible service couldn’t understand us. Ghetto lighting wanted to leave the entire massage #1 worst massage I’ve ever had and I’m not some massage connoisseur I’d feel better rubbing my back on a cactus.

We specifically requested a 60 min massage because we had other plans afterwards. Despite this, our session was prolonged to 90 min without our consent. Throughout the session, the staff talked and laughed continuously, which made it impossible to relax. On top of that, they repeatedly asked about extra services, even after we had clearly declined. I also made it very clear—multiple times—that I am allergic to CBD oil. Despite this, my masseuse continued to bring it up after I had already refused it twice. That kind of disregard for a client’s health is completely unacceptable. The massage itself was anything but relaxing. The masseuse was rough and careless when repositioning me, to the point where I felt uncomfortable and tense the entire time. He kept leaving and re-entering the room, each time slamming the door, which only added to the stress. To make matters worse, we ended up being charged for a 9 0 min session we never requested. I left feeling just as stressed and irritated as when I arrived—if not more so. This experience was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely disappointing. I hope whoever comes after this enjoys their experience because we did not.

My husband and I came in for a 90 minute couples massage, I think my husband had a decent massage from a woman but mine from a young man was the worst I’ve had! He couldn’t have been a trained massage therapist and pressed his whole weight on my back for what felt like 80 of the 90 minutes. There was no differentiation between muscle tissue and bone, it was bizarre. I left feeling more tense and in pain than when I arrived for sure.

Last visit years ago was a positive memory. This time was ambushed by upgrade offers during odd massage which resulted in $70/hr massage being $98/hr. Very disappointing experience. Place needs a deep cleaning. Weird vibes.

From the outside, it may not look impressive but I booked a 1 hour reflexology and it was great. The masseuse “checked in” with me several times during my service. I would come back again.

I used to think that there was no such thing as a bad massage but now I know better. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing, just flailing around. Then she had the nerve to strong arm me into a huge tip. Stay away!

Terrible massage. My upper back between my shoulders felt sore and bruised for several days after. Exam table paper on top of the sheet on the massage table, like what you would lay on at a doctor's office. Strange sign on the wall in the massage room that read "In case of emergency push button for help" with a large red button underneath. The hot rocks burned my skin and the "therapist" made strange grunting noises and clacked the rocks together loudly throughout the 90 minutes. I did not feel safe. Slathered cold lotion on my feet and aggressively yanked my toes for the finale. Would not recommend or go back.
