Not a super fancy place, but probably the best massage I've ever had. Sophia was wonderful, and it wasn't just a superficial relaxation massage, it was deep tissue and really worked out some knots! Everyone there was super pleasant! Price is very reasonable... highly recommend...

Deep tissue massage here was so good. If you have knots that need clearing, definitely come here! Michelle was also so welcoming and so kind

Terrible massage. I'm vexed I paid for this. Left with a neck injury I didn't have walking in and tears in my eyes. The woman clearly had no idea what she was doing, was rubbing in random ways, burping and heaving big sighs like she didn't want to be there the whole time. At one point she just walked out without saying anything for around 5 mins. She should absolutely not be allowed to twist people around. I guess I should have put a stop to the massage but came in with such a stiff back - I just really hoped for some relief. Now I'm worse off then I was before.

I came with a friend for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. The place looks pretty crappy right upon entry - broken looking pedicure chairs, strange little plastic gifts in the window, dirty walls and decore, worker's personal belongings scattered around. But the massage cubby i was assigned was ok, it seemed clean (tho it was super dark so really who knows). My massage was ok, but they were doing construction in the storefront next door - very loudly banging, power tools, a compressor, one guy bursting into song periodically - and that was pretty awful and not at all relaxing. Just when i would begin to tune it out, they would drop a pile of lumber or something. Tbh the place should not have booked massage appointments with the chaos of construction on the other side of a very thin wall. I could hear every word of the dudes speaking to each other! But... maybe they didn't know? I was trying to cut them slack on it. But it was pretty bad. Then when our massages were done - 10 minutes earlier than they were supposed to be, but i was so ready to get out of there - my friend and i took turns using their restroom (which is FILTHY), and when i came out i tipped the massage therapist $20. Then the counter lady accosted me as i was waiting: "Tip the girl! Tip the girl!" I told her I had tipped and she just kept saying it! A terrible experience, absolutely wretched. And my friend said her massage was awful, too, that the girl was clearly untrained and just pushed her elbows into her back for an entire hour. She wanted to leave after 30 minutes. I am so sorry we chose this place out of the hundreds of options, but it was short notice and close to our hotel. What a mistake. Dirty. Loud. Poorly trained. Aggressive, rude desk person. I cannot figure out how they have so many positive reviews.

We specifically requested a 60 min massage because we had other plans afterwards. Despite this, our session was prolonged to 90 min without our consent. Throughout the session, the staff talked and laughed continuously, which made it impossible to relax. On top of that, they repeatedly asked about extra services, even after we had clearly declined. I also made it very clear—multiple times—that I am allergic to CBD oil. Despite this, my masseuse continued to bring it up after I had already refused it twice. That kind of disregard for a client’s health is completely unacceptable. The massage itself was anything but relaxing. The masseuse was rough and careless when repositioning me, to the point where I felt uncomfortable and tense the entire time. He kept leaving and re-entering the room, each time slamming the door, which only added to the stress. To make matters worse, we ended up being charged for a 9 0 min session we never requested. I left feeling just as stressed and irritated as when I arrived—if not more so. This experience was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely disappointing. I hope whoever comes after this enjoys their experience because we did not.

Terrible massage. My upper back between my shoulders felt sore and bruised for several days after. Exam table paper on top of the sheet on the massage table, like what you would lay on at a doctor's office. Strange sign on the wall in the massage room that read "In case of emergency push button for help" with a large red button underneath. The hot rocks burned my skin and the "therapist" made strange grunting noises and clacked the rocks together loudly throughout the 90 minutes. I did not feel safe. Slathered cold lotion on my feet and aggressively yanked my toes for the finale. Would not recommend or go back.

My husband and I came in for a 90 minute couples massage, I think my husband had a decent massage from a woman but mine from a young man was the worst I’ve had! He couldn’t have been a trained massage therapist and pressed his whole weight on my back for what felt like 80 of the 90 minutes. There was no differentiation between muscle tissue and bone, it was bizarre. I left feeling more tense and in pain than when I arrived for sure.

Great place for a massage. Was able to make a same-day appointment and had a great time. Unfortunately, construction was going on next door which is not their fault and I did not mind but maybe others are more sensitive.

From the outside, it may not look impressive but I booked a 1 hour reflexology and it was great. The masseuse “checked in” with me several times during my service. I would come back again.
