Written on behalf of my family - I’m extremely disappointed to have to write this after being a loyal customer for over 4 years and recommending these services to many neighbors. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice.
Matt came to my home for what was supposed to be a routine pressure cleaning. After he left, I noticed that half my driveway still had that “wet look” while the other half was dry, with new stains that looked like oil marks all up and down the surface - none of which were there before. Even worse, the chemicals he used completely killed many of the plants surrounding my front lawn.
I called Matt immediately to ask him to come back and take a look. Days passed, and he still didn’t show up. When I followed up, he dismissed my concerns, saying he had “more important things” like a $2,000 job. His sister then got on the phone, belittling me and saying I was “too particular.” All I asked was for him to come and assess the damage he caused.
Now I’m left with a driveway that looks worse than before, likely needing new bricks, and landscaping that has to be replaced. What’s most upsetting is not just the damage, but the refusal to take responsibility. Instead of owning up to a mistake - which could have been resolved with fairness and accountability - I was blamed and dismissed.
This saddens me to post, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others. If everything goes smoothly, this company may seem fine. But if something goes wrong, you will be left without support or accountability. That’s not how you treat loyal clients.
