After sifting through countless YouTube videos for ideas, I consistently found myself returning to the Pallet Rack World (PRW) channel. Their expertise and focus on pallet racking truly stood out. I decided to reach out to PRW sales and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt email directly from Robby, a true subject matter expert in pallet racking. We collaborated on several design changes, and once finalized, I easily submitted my order. The process was seamless: I received a quote, approved it, and then got an invoice, which I paid conveniently online. Picking up my order at their Liberty, NC, distribution center was just as smooth. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly processing my order and carefully loading it into my truck. I was particularly impressed with their thoughtful loading system. The uprights were meticulously alternated top to bottom, a detail I didn't fully appreciate until I started unloading. This clever approach made unloading significantly easier as the base of each upright perfectly caught the center supports. It's clear that PRW pays meticulous attention to detail. Another significant advantage is that the majority of their inventory is stored indoors. I purchased used items, and they genuinely looked brand new. Pallet Rack World specializes in pallet racking, and it shows. My advice? Don't waste your time shopping around. I have been working with PRW for about a year and a half and they have supplied racking for give or take 10 locations now and each time the racking came out just how we envisioned and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and cost! For our latest location in Lawrenceville GA, here is my feedback: The racking installs complete and I figured I'd leave some feedback on the installers. I don't know if you have worked with them in the past or not but I would highly recommend them for any future projects in and around Atlanta. They communicated well, they made sure they were setting it up the way I wanted multiple times, which I would rather have them do instead of guessing. And overall, they did a great job!
