Need industrial pallet rack installed or removed from your warehouse? Yesterday teardrop racking was delivered and installed to a forest products company in High Point, NC. They needed to get raw materials off the floor, stacked and organized.
A row 108’ long of storage racking was installed on a back wall. 4 shelf levels to creat 10 pallet positions per section. This racking allowed the customer to store 120 pallets in a small footprint in their warehouse.
The rack install consisted of:
13 uprights 16’ tall by 42” deep.
96 beams 9’ long with a shelf capacity of over 6,000lbs.
96 wire decks for the pallets to safely sit on.
The uprights were anchored to the floor so that if the racking is hit by a forklift, it will remain in position.
