Teardrop style pallet rack uprights, beams and wire decks were delivered on a flatbed and installed in a clients warehouse in Greensboro, NC.
Our installers unloaded the flatbed truck and staged the rack shelving inside to get ready for installation.
This warehouse needed a few rows of racking with 5 shelf levels per section. The teardrop beams were connected to the uprights at the various heights so that the product could easily be loaded and unloaded off the shelves.
The racking installed in this Greensboro, NC warehouse consisted of:
35 new Mecalux teardrop uprights 16’ high x 48” deep
280 used teardrop beams 8’ long x 3.5” face
Shelf levels have a 4,000lbs capacity
280 used wire mesh decking 48” deep x 46” wide
70 wedge anchors to secure the uprights to the ground.
